I was needing a bed at this location for one easy night and this was perfect. It was kind of cool staying in a dorm room. The beds are separated with a little wall and there is a lovely bathroom and then the small kitchen facility. It would be a great place for families on the road that need a night. You have to bring anything you would like to use in the kitchen. There is a TV but that is it. There are no utensils, coffee maker, lamps etc. But there is a fridge. It was exceptionally clean, and the bed was firm but comfortable for one night. The air conditioning works really well. Parking right there and check-in was easy with a very pleasant people.

No one at desk for check in and no one answered phone. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for someone to come to desk and check me in even though it was only around 6 in the evening.

We just needed a clean, quiet, and cozy place to stay the night at a reasonable price. The place served its purpose.

The sheets are clean - but don't look under them! This "hotel" is in the student dorm. You should expect all the things that come with living amongst students - noise, weed, etc. The hotel rules state that you must not interact with the students... But really, if they or your lumpy bug infested bed are keeping you awake, you might as well just go party with them.

The location was close to the running event in Cambridge I was headed to. It wasn't expensive... But really, was it good value? Maybe. If you like staying at a place thats a cross between a prison and a military barracks (but less clean than either).

The sheets on the bed were very small. The bottom sheet only went to the edge of the mattress - it was not a fitted sheet. So it was always sliding off and we ended up sleeping on the mattress cover.

The kitchen, including the large fridge, was very good. Bathroom size was good, and social room was a nice bonus.

the location is a good place to start if you want to access places around Kitchener Waterloo area by car staff were friendly and helpful the building is primarily intended for use as student housing so the layout is more tailored for shared accommodation, so expext the room although clean to have some wear and tear.

There was a large fan/air exchange on wall which you could not shut off. It was very loud and hard to sleep for the person directly under. Towels in washroom need updating. It’s plain but good value.

The rooms were very clean. We stayed here prior to a flight and it was conveniently located to reach the airport.

The room was showing its age with peeling wallpaper. I don't mind a dated look as long as it has upkeep. This room had signs of lack of maintenance. Toilet had a malfunction however we managed. No shampoo in the washroom (lotion and conditioner was present). The Honk app isn't great when your phone is dead. I wasn't told what would happen if the vehicle wasn't registered right away. I had to wait until my smartphone was charged up the following morning. We left the following morning however there was nobody at the desk therefore we couldn't express our concerns prior to leaving.

The room and location are fantastic. The beds were comfy. Staff were great (when available).

It's not fancy. Everything from carpet to closets to bedspreads are gray. No pictures on the walls. However, we were not looking for fancy, just comfortable, so it was fine.

Stay was in May and the day was cool. There was an airconditioning vent near the ceiling which blew cool air into the room constantly. The noise was bothersome and the cold draft unpleasant. We finally turned the heat on in the room to compensate for the very cold temperature in the room.

Excellent location. Staff was helpful. Unit was extremely clean. No noise from adjoining rooms or hall. TV with a good selection of channels. Liked the full frig, microwave and sink in the room.

The only thing that was lacking to get the feel of a big hotel was the mattress but we did not have discomfort during our short stay, and the arrangement and cleanliness was amazing. I would still rate this place a solid 8.75

Room was very good, cleanliness was very nice, staff were friendly... anyone thinking of a college residence will be pleasantly surprised. There were other facilities mentioned like billiard and conference room which we did not use being a short and hectic travel for us but would have loved to enjoy with bit more time.
