How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Breakfast is over @ 9:30. We arrived at 9 and there was no sausage. I know we were pushing time. However. There were quite a few people come after us. The eggs were very rubbery but when you are hungry they will suffice. Other items available. Waffles were flying out! The coffee was EXCELLENT!
The hotel was very clean. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The pillows left something to be desired. Bring your own.

Toilet very slow to fill up
Bed comfortable , room clean, good value, breakfast good with scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, yoghurts, good coffee which was available 24 hr. Very friendly staff and gentleman in breakfast room very helpful .

Thought the room could of used some updating and a very unpleasant odor in room

The breakfast did not have a great assortment. Otherwise the stay was ok. Liked that we coukd unload and laid our vehicle from our patio.
Location was good, we were able to walk to dinner.

The bed was not overly comfortable; could use an upgrade on the mattress. Our room was next to a BBQ area that was VERY brightly lit-up... This light was on all night. Had to "McGuiver" the drapes to have darkness. Also, the air-onditioner was extremely loud!
Breakfast included, friendly helpful staff, large room.

Every thing was fine but there was a noticeable amount of black hair in the bathroom.
The breakfast was ok. The eggs had a funny texture but everything else was great. I liked the availability of coffee and tea at any time.

I was not happy with the coffee offerings. The coffee in the lobby didn’t taste like coffee, just water.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to the team in charge of breakfast!

Rooms are tiny,. You cannot fit family of 4 in it. Breakfast for the Saturday night rate was very poor.

Hotel was under renovation and hence restaurant for breakfast was closed. a bag with a juice, cake and banana was offered as a breakfast with pork burger. Being a Muslim I did not take the pork burger. I stayed here twice during two months Both times same happened

Only issue is that when we booked we were not told that part of the hotel was under renovation, including the breakfast dining room. The result was that there was no breakfast buffet - instead we received breakfast in a paper bag. Disappointing to say the least.

It was under construction and none of the facilities where available and the didn’t have the usual breakfast spread because the lobby was u see construction. I can say they did what they could to accommodate for it providing bag breakfast. But driving all the way from the states it didn’t expect the construction.
The staff was amazing the were very helpful and polite.

Price is too high for a hotel under renovations without breakfast. No walk-in shower in the room, despite description providing for one. The bed on the first night/room was awful - hard as a board. Breakfast is a take out bag of muffin, yogurt and juice due to renovations.
Convenient location, ample parking, friendly/helpful staff, clean. Heat/cool easy to control. All amenities (laundry, lockers) available.

The facility is in the final stages of upgrades. thus the vending machines, breakfast area were not available. There was a slight smell of work being done, which I'm sure will dissipate over time...
The beds were extremely comfortable! The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room HVAC system was easily adjusted to suit us. Our room was very clean.
