The selection for breakfast could be improved. There's alot of potential on the place if they renovated slowly.

Staffs were nice, location was good as it is close to main attractions.

Beds were very soft and if you seat it seems like it is broken. Bathroom light is not bright enough, I had hard time to shave.

Room had jacozy in it didn't work which was ok but looked in it full of bugs Not even a plastic glass in Room at all

Walkable location and easy to access off main hiway. Fridge and microwave in room. No carpet and room was clean.

Dirty furniture in room. Drywall damage and peeling paint in room. Power outlets that didn’t work and made it difficult to charge our electronics and use a CPAP machine. Terrible pillows. Noisy outside. No cups in room to have a drink of water. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Thin threadbare towels.

Dirty, outdated. Felt like I was staying in the third world country. Likely, Walmart was nearby, so we bought clean bed sheets and towels.

Nice location close to clifton hill. The price was decent enough.

Could of been cleaner, the upper corner walls had cobwebs, had a small hole in wall facing the bed. although the floors were new, had a small crack between floor in front of bathroom, the bathroom faucet was leaking a bit when used. The bed was comfortable, but they used a flat sheet as a fitted sheet and no mattress protector.

Location was close to clifton hill, but far enough away that it was not noisy. The pool was nice

The room was dirty, the staff didn't speak very good English. Free breakfast was a lady handing out Begals or a muffin.. asked for 2 coffees for my wife and I... was told I could only get 1, and she would have to come get her own. Eventually, I gave me 2 after I persisted. There was a hornets nest right outside out door. Told the Man at front desk. But I don't think he understood what I was saying.

It was very dirty Hotel, and super expensive , I paid 152 for one night and they charge 30 dollars for early check -in .which really does not worth at all. There was a water issue in the room .Then there was a light issue .The guy who came to fix was aggressive.but Indian couple in reception were kind.overall it is bad hotel .
