It's an old hotel. The lobby area could be made better, but we got used to it the second day.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and coffee. There was a sauna, which we enjoyed. There was a coin laundry, which was convenient. Being 10 to 20 walking distance from downtown core, museum snd other places to see is great. A 10 minute Uber ride to Whyte Av on the south side of the river.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The hotel location is perfect to take a walk around Edmonton downton. The breakfast was poor of things to eat but still okay for the price I payed.

It needs some upgrades , renovations and repairs. Our room had a large Jacuzzi tub, but the jets needed attention due to rust or calcification.

The staff were friendly. I appreciated that there was parking on site for a Lowe extra fee. It was very clean with lovely linens and ample towels.

Was run down and had an over powering smell of deodorizer. 2 maintenance men had to come to fix the sink after I used the plug and couldn’t remove it to drain the water. Was told not to put the plug in again.

Chose this property after a great experience in Calgary.

We couldn't adjust the AC unit in our bedroom. The room would get warm during the day; probably because of the sun on our side of the bldg, even though we kept the curtains closed. Night time was OK.

There was a bar sharing the same building and it was below the rooms, and drunk men came out of it after the hockey game and were being noisy in the street in the middle of the night.

Spacious room with comfy beds, it was quiet when there were no hockey games, and also close to downtown to go anywhere by foot. Good breakfast too, it had everything. The staff was nice and helpful too.

Nothing is up kept the duct tape on the hot tub doesn't look very good or smell very clean . Lots dirt around the edge the bed and pillows arent great

Management was very helpful in keeping a laptop we forgot until we could come by later and pick it up. We also appreciate that they were able to extend our stay when we needed extra nights.

More chairs in the lobby would have been nice. It was difficult to adjust the heating unit to get just a little bit of heat instead of full on.

This hotel has the best buffet breakfast I have ever seen. Amazing. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. Very convenient location one block south of Jasper Avenue.

My floor had an unpleasant smell of smoke, grease, and uncirculated air. Most likely from the adjoining pub. I disliked the lack if sound proofing in the rooms. It was easy to hear the next room. And the room doors on the floor were very loud when they opened and closed.

The staff was absolutely amazing. I haven't had customer service this pleasant in years. The breakfast was great for being included. The location was close to all amenities downtown. The hotels $10/ day parking was a plus.

The Breakfast room staff you need to reconsider! Didnt look professional, one lady looked like she just got out of bed. Honestly she looked she was off the street! Dressed inappropriately for work! Twirling her black hair, it was a mess and then dealing with food and kitchen wares.

I didn't like being approached by people wanting smokes or money or having to pay for parking it's unfortunate that's not included in hotel costs or free.
