We found the room very small and we would have preferred a shower rather than a combination bath/shower.

The hotel itself feels quite deteriorated. The installations are clearly aging and in need of repair, which took away from the overall experience.

Great Stay for Families with Kids! I loved the area — it’s perfect for families! It’s not always easy to find a place that actually has something for kids, so I really appreciated the play area. It kept the little ones entertained, which made the stay more relaxing for everyone. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with children! Additionally, the staff is amazing and helpful!

This was my second time staying and both times the ATM didn't work. Vending machines are cash only. Restaurant is only open on the weekends. Room didn't have a microwave, but had a small fridge

Enjoyed the pool, spa and my son loved the playroom. The room is very spacious, the beds are so comfy. Very clean and beautiful decor. My son really enjoyed seeing the 2 fish tanks on the main floor in the lobby.

That the restaurant/bar is only open on weekends. The indoor pool could have been a little warmer. When I left just before the 11am check out time, the parking lot had not yet been cleaned from the snow through the night.

The hotel was very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the huge playroom for kids and that there was a part for younger kids also. My son is 4 and he had such a great time. I was surprised at the size of our room. Was nice it had shower and bathtub. We had a standard queen room. The beds were super comfy.

The dated furniture and carpet make the apartment feel a bit dingy. There was no view to speak and you had to walk outside to get to the office and restaurant.

I didn't have high expectations because we booked at the last minute, and few hotels had rooms that weekend. But I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious and quiet the room was and how comfortable and clean the bathroom was. Some of the furniture was dated and the carpet was a touch dingy, but overall I thought it was good value for the money.

Our floor had a very pronounced smell of chlorine. The fact that you cannot get a snack or warm beverage anywhere during the day or evening is disappointing. There needs to be better signage from the pool area back to reception, we kept finding ourselves at a wedding!

The area for the children was very nice. The general overall atmosphere was nice.

Only thing I can say is maybe have someone check the pool area. The hot tub outside was lukewarm and the pool had so much chlorine our skin was red.

In a perfect world, the property is due for a remodel, but they keep it up nice for what it is, and it would certainly cost a bit more if it was remodeled. Very happy with our stay!

Breakfast buffet was great, staff was wonderful - Its a very good family hotel. Our kids absolutely loved the game room, as well as the petting Zoo. We had a small 2 story chalet that was a bit dated but perfect for our needs. The property was expansive and I don't think we explored all it had to offer. The proximity to the national park mont-orford was great, as well as just a few minutes outside the center of town of Magog.
