CanadaIf you’re over 6”, you may have to crouch in the halls, the ceiling felt low even for my 5”2’ self, and the shower/tub was small, but aside from that A++!
I loved how almost every where you looked you saw mountains! Having breakfast/dinner at the Stillwater? Mountain view! Chilling in the hot tub or swimming in the pool? Mountain view! It was also so quiet and relaxing during our stay! Staff was superb! Location was so close to downtown too!

CanadaWiFi signal was quite weak and couldn't pick up many links or articles on our phones. However, even though I complained about the wifi service, that's not what we went to Jasper for - we went to spend time in the mountains and having access to information on our personal devices is secondary to enjoying the mountains and the outdoors.
The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

The room was spacious and modern, with a little kitchenette area, decent-sized bathroom and a table with two chairs. The beds and pillows were super comfy! The staff were very welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant. Underground parking was appreciated.

CanadaA bit pricey for what you get, but seems to be more or less the going rate in Jasper. For a hotel that offers pools & hot tubs, it would be nice to have bathrobes included. Cell service in the room was bad and the wifi wasn't much better.
Good location, quick 5-10 minute walk to reach the main streets of Jasper. There is also a bus nearby. Heater wasn't too loud like many other hotels.

United StatesPower outage when we got there. Staff at front desk not pleasant. They looked bored and asked us what we wanted. They suggested we go across the street and get something to eat and come back about 5:30. No offer to pay. We waited about two hours after a long drive and being very tired. Breakfast in restaurant was expensive and mediocre. This was a "planned power outage" they said. Being planned, they should have planned to take care of the guests better.
Waitress in restaurant was very pleasant. Vicki at the front desk, checked us in and out. Very pleasant and accommodating.

United KingdomWe felt other guests that were in a group were noisy and thought themselves more superior and did not respect others. Just after check in a party of Japanese arrived and the noise in the corridor outside our room was awful, I opened the door and asked them to be quiet. The second morning we went for breakfast and there is a sign "please wait to be seated" so we stand in the queue but people behind us walked straight in when we said there was a queue they said they were a group. The restaurant manager did not correct them, so we left with no breakfast. If the hotel policy is that groups get preference maybe they should not take individual bookings. This spoilt our stay
