There were several things out of order. The elevator was not working. Thankfully we were on the first floor but then I went downstairs to get ice (as directed by a sign on the wall) and the ice machine was out of order with a sign saying proceed to the ice machine on the 3rd floor. Thankfully a staff member had seen me go downstairs with my ice bucket and he was waiting at the top of the stairs when I came up. He offered to climb to the 3rd floor for me. The next morning we went for breakfast and there was a sign on the orange juice machine saying out of order. There was no attempt made to replace the machine with jugs of juice

Downtown and the waterfront were all walking distance. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were very pleasant

The water in the shower was only lukewarm in the mornings. The tv in the adjacent room (322)could be heard very loudly through the interconnecting door. We were in room 320.

The bathroom needed the plumbing fixed in the tub. Drain wasn't working well, and taps were running while taking a shower, and the drain was plugged, causing the tub to fill up with water .Taps were difficult to shut the water off. I am sure with a little maintenance, this could be fixed 😀 😉

There is no kettle or drinking water in the room. Good thing there is water and coffee at the reception on the ground floor. There is a comfortable chair in the room but it is very unstable, I fell off it. The table tops in the room are durable but they are very slippery, my mobile phone fell off. There is one lift for everyone, for the staff with buckets/boxes and for customers.

Good location, close to the bus stop, close to the bay, convenient to return from a walk in the evening, you can see the bay and the lighthouse from the room window, comfortable bed.

It was extremely noisy. You could hear the people in the next room talking and make out what they're saying. You can hear them coughing early in the morning. I think the loss should be insulated better. Also there was people running up and down a hall and screaming. The wind was blowing really hard one night and it sound like the roof was going to come off. Something was banging on top of the roof. Otherwise it was really good except for extremely noisy

The room was so plain and hot, not even a picture on a wall. We didn't have a chair or a table to work on either and had to sit on the bed with our laptop

Good breakfast. Room was small and lacking a chair and table, or anything to add comfort or a homy feel to it. It was also very hot, about 25°, and the thermostat was broken.

Overall my stay was fine but The bathroom noise from other rooms is extremely loud . Not pleasant . The elevator looks horrible and is need of a Reno . Doesn’t give a good impression when you step inside

The eggs and sausages were cold and the orange juice were watered down but we arrived around 9 which may have been a little late to be able to keep everything hot. The beds in the rooms sounded like you were sleeping on metal trash cans every time you sat on the bed or turned over. The 2 rooms (my in-laws and ours) and both beds were like that.

The breakfast had all the basics like bagels, mini muffins, yogurt, cereal, waffles, apples, eggs and sausages. Although the eggs and sausages were cold. They offered tea, coffee, milk, apple juice and orange juice but unfortunately the orange juice was too watered down. We got there towards 9am so I can understand why some things weren't at their peak. The gentleman there for the breakfast was really nice.

Hard to find parking. I was supposed to get a room with one queen bed and I got one with 2 beds and it was an adjoining room with the ones in the other room loud. Also I never received my receipt that she said she'd email to me.

The staff was nice.
