Great location away from the busy area of Banff with free access to the local bus shuttle. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the bed is very comfortable. We had a room with a balcony and a great view of the mountains.

We loved the hot tub, restaurants, staff, newness of the property. The location was wonderful, the bus system worked out nicely. The coffee and tea in the room were a nice touch. We appreciated the bus pass and used it multiple times during the day. It was very convenient to have a microwave and fridge in the room.

The beds were not that comfortable, that was the only downside.

The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The room was not very soundproof, we heard all kinds of noises at night and some of them were really loud. The location of the hotel is a bit far from downtown Banff.

We had to take 2 elevators to get to our room and it was a little confusing to get around the hotel. The pillows were terrible. The hotel is at one end of town, so you have to take the bus to get downtown.

Large room with a view , walk in Shower, Pet friendly, parking arrangements on same floor , Coffee shop is very good no need to go to Starbucks, location is good out of town center, pet friendly , Pet friendly patio for the restaurant, The Hot tubs were great

The rooms were great. New and beautifully decorated. Loved the hotel motif. The hot pools with a water fall were awesome. They would be even better in the winter with the snow falling. The restaurant was amazing. From the croissants to the free baked pastries everything was delicious. Free parking was nice. Parking is difficult to come by in Banff.

The property was on the end of town which was nice to be away from the noise of the Main Street. It was a little bit of a far walk but the hotel did provide free bus passes which was awesome.

Room was quiet and comfy with nice mountain view. Super clean and tidy and every thing looks new. Location also is good close to downtown and with a grocery store 24/7 in front of the hotel. A nice cafe and resturant in the hotel too.

Probably if the room we booked wasn't a mountain view room, it would have been another room's balcony view. The hotel has 4 buildings and some rooms balconies are just in front of each other.

Great location in downtown Banff, just far enough out of the centre to avoid the hustle & bustle of day-trippers. Staff at reception and the cafe were friendly, professional and really helpful. Room was spacious, well fitted out and pool was a real bonus after a day's hikings.

Gorgeous facilities, nice to be on the edge of town for peace, wildlife viewing, enjoying the view with coffee on the patio.

A little hard to navigate if you had any mobility issues (or request building A) but not an issue for us.
