The property was on the end of town which was nice to be away from the noise of the Main Street. It was a little bit of a far walk but the hotel did provide free bus passes which was awesome.

The rooms were great. New and beautifully decorated. Loved the hotel motif. The hot pools with a water fall were awesome. They would be even better in the winter with the snow falling. The restaurant was amazing. From the croissants to the free baked pastries everything was delicious. Free parking was nice. Parking is difficult to come by in Banff.

Probably if the room we booked wasn't a mountain view room, it would have been another room's balcony view. The hotel has 4 buildings and some rooms balconies are just in front of each other.

Room was quiet and comfy with nice mountain view. Super clean and tidy and every thing looks new. Location also is good close to downtown and with a grocery store 24/7 in front of the hotel. A nice cafe and resturant in the hotel too.

Great location in downtown Banff, just far enough out of the centre to avoid the hustle & bustle of day-trippers. Staff at reception and the cafe were friendly, professional and really helpful. Room was spacious, well fitted out and pool was a real bonus after a day's hikings.

Humming sound of the ventilation on the roof going on 24/7, but i got used to it..pricey, but this was Banff in summer, so it is everywhere the same

Very clean, comfortable room, and cozy bed. Extremely large bathroom. Balcony in our room is an added bonus to take into the breathtaking view of Banff.

Located at the quieter end of Banff which we liked, great restaurant and cafe, room was clean and well equipped, great shower and bathroom facilities. Our balcony didn’t have the best view, we were next to one of the walkways between the buildings. Didn’t bother us too much as we’re so jet lagged and majnly slot when we were back in the room. The hot springs jacuzzi areas is great. Views of the mountains and great place to relax.

The location was a ways away from all the food and stores. So you would need to take the local transit if you didn’t want to walk.

Fitness centre is in adjacent hotel which is quick to reach but it didn’t have dumbbells or mats. This was not a big deal for us but just a suggestion for hotel to consider. Coffee set-up was stylish but we didn’t find it to be functional as our coffee would turn out quite diluted. Kitchenette feature was a nice touch but limited in functionality especially with a super tiny fridge. Not a concern if plan is to eat out three meals a day with family of four.

Family loved it! Modern design, stylish, clean, with comfortable beds, beautiful pools and bathroom. Great service from staff at the front desk, maintenance, and restaurant. Delicious breakfast options at restaurant. Terrace and hot tub areas were very nice and we loved to rest there. Beautiful views of mountains from our room and from hot tub areas. Much appreciated!

The building layouts are confusing at first. Hotel is a bit far from main retail area.

The main issue is that it’s about a 20 minute walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown which is somewhat long. They pay for the bus shuttle and going from the hotel is real easy since it’s the first stop and that seem to be on time. We had issues when we tried to come back. I don’t understand why, but I think the buses get full And then they just skip stops. So we ended up walking back a few times. The property was very nice and we liked it. They have a sort of pretentious coffee service in the room that you have to brew yourself, which I found to be a real hassle. I don’t know why they can’t put a machine in like every other hotel in the world. Otherwise all good.

Pillows so big it hurt my neck- raided hall closet but all big.
