Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Was clean, comfortable and you could use the facilities in their other hotel. A great hot tub area and sauna, water refill station and a free bus ticket to use on the Banff public transport. Also a little bottle of milk on arrival for making your own tea and coffee

NetherlandsThe app for check-in didn't work. It doesn't make sense to have the guests spend time on downloading an app, setting up an account, and trying to check in via an app that doesn't work. The front desk they refer to is at a hotel just a couple of minutes walk away. Until the app works stably, it's better to just go to the hotel for check-in.
The room was comfortable and clean. We could use the warm pools at the neighbouring hotel. The people working the front desk at the hotel were very helpful.

LithuaniaVery clean and well-equipped rooms, quiet neighbors. The staff at the reception (other hotel across the road) was incredibly helpful and accommodating. As part of the stay you get free public transport to the town, and access to hot pools of the hotel. We wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else! It’s a wonderful place, great location and amazing tough (locally branded teas, shower gel etc). Would 100% stay again!
