Parking rules weren’t totally clear but it was a non-issue since no other guests had vehicles.

Spacious room with a lot of light for a basement. Close to transit and quiet neighbourhood! Dishes and designated cupboard/fridge areas were provided. Coin laundry in the building was super helpful!

Very safe and clean location. Wish there was aircon ON. 28C, 80F in the room few degrees too warm. I would chose again if needed.

I somehow missed that these are separate rooms sharing a common kitchen with other guests. It feels a bit like a hostel, but this isn’t clearly explained in the Booking description. The kitchen is basic equipped.

The rooms are clean and worth the price. The neighborhood is very pleasant, peaceful, and quiet. There is parking available for your car. The check-in process is smooth and everything is well organized.

Cold room - air con set at 20degC and no way to adjust for the room High bed - I am 180cm and had to jump to get on the bed because a twin-mattress Ensemble was placed on standard bed frame No soap to wash hands - pump container was empty Kitchen not cleaned - filter coffee machine still had old coffee grinds, covered in mould Only Asian/Korean supermarket near by No marked fire evacuation route out of basement and only exit is through the kitchen, which is likely to hold any fire

The room was clean, but the towels had many stains on them. Even though they appear to have been freshly washed, the stains are still visible and make them seem unsuitable for use.

It wasn’t clean in terms of dust. I had to wipe all the surfaces including the ones in the bathroom :( But furniture in general was in a very good condition, just the dust that I didn’t like.

The place had everything we needed, we didn’t care much of the location as we rented a car but it is in the Asian area, so it has a lot of restaurants and shops that sell Asian food and we enjoyed it tbh. It is also very spacious!

Better communication with the host. Prior to arrival, I sent at least four emails about how to check in. I never heard back, so I was unsure about arriving. I went to the property anyway. I tried all the email and phone numbers you gave me, and the phone message box was full, as was the email. The host should more closely monitor their communication mediums.

The room I got didn't match the picture. Not a clean room. Dust seen in different places, not equipped as per the pictures or description. Stairs to take the luggage down/up.

You can hear other people in the hallway, but in my case, I wore headphones most of the time. I was embarrassed about making calls or talking loudly because I didn't know if other rooms could hear me. You can always go out to the patio to do those activities tho. =)

I appreciated that the room was spacious and clean, with extra sheets and space to hang and store clothes, They give you plates, water and other stuff. The kitchen was very well equipped and organized, as was the refrigerator. I stayed there for five days and was able to work comfortably on my computer and cook. It's super convenient to have well-equipped stores within walking distance, as well as other food businesses, making them easy and quick to visit.The bed was hard, but I had no trouble sleeping at all. It should be noted that it is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Toronto Union Station (downtown) by public transport, and Ubers to get there are between $40 and $50, sometimes up to $60.

During the night we could sometimes hear other people talk or walk on the hallway.

We loved how big the room was and how cleaned it looked. We also liked that we had cutlery and plates inside the room. Very big shared kitchen with all the necessary tools for a short stay. The neighborhood felt very safe and calm.
