The house was clean, bright, spacious and modern. Daniel was the perfect host and made us very welcome. There were lots of nice little touches that made us feel really welcome. I have stayed in many home rentals and this must rank as outstanding.

We prefer a firmer bed, but that’s just our preference.

Fabulous washer and dryer, very well equipped everything needed was provided. It was all top quality stuff. Location was very convenient too, just a short stroll to a grocery store - Malaysian, Japanese and Korean restaurants, nail bar, hairdresser. Only 20 mins uber ride to waterfront station

Daniel is the most thoughtful, kind, and courteous host! His place was immaculate. Everything was spotless, modern, and well-decorated. He had a welcome note along with water and treats waiting for us. The place had everything we needed and more. Our kids didn't want to leave! Great location and pricing as well. I would have liked a second floor mat by the door; there's one right in front of the door but with two people, someone was always leaving footprints on the tile floor. Also, a coat rack or hanging hooks by the door would be great. Very small complaints because we really liked the place and would definitely stay there again.

What a lovely place! It's a stand-alone building facing the back alley, with a gated parking spot. Main floor has kitchen, living, bedroom and bathroom with 2nd bed and bath upstairs with washer and dryer. Separate heating controls for both bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs, lots of towels, lots of pillows. Lots of dishware in the kitchen, microwave, kettle, toaster, toaster oven...

The fridge/freezer combo is a little small … we did get quite a few groceries as we fully utilize the kitchen ..cooking all meals.

Very welcoming, extremely clean, amazing shower pressure, luxurious towels… we extended our stay from 2 days to 4. A definite highlight of our travels to have a home base that felt like home on our first trip to Vancouver .

The back parking is a little tight (we had an suv) but an experienced driver or a vehicle on the smaller side would make out fine.

All the comforts of home! Despite the gloomy rainy weather, this amazing spot was a saving grace. Conveniently located but away from the hustle.. extremely clean and modern. Our host Daniel was thoughtful and available.

Everything. The house is brand new and with modern design. 17 mins walk from a train. I didn't use the parking lot as i wanted to experience the transportation in Vancouver. I like the host's small touches: chocolates, tea, coffee, kitchen, makeup towel and each room with a tv. I am surprised there were chopsticks too! If i am coming back, i will book with him again. I was able to see the host before checking out. Such a nice person.

Matress was a bit too soft for my liking; other than that, everything was perfect.

Everything seemed brand new. Bedroom + bathroom is on each floor, so it's private and quite spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped and clean. There is a private parking lot beside the house. Location was pretty close to all major attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The Queen size bed was very comfortable however the main bedroom is on the small to medium size.

Daniel was a superb host. He lives onsite so it was nice to meet him & he was very helpful. It has off street parking which was handy as we had a lot of luggage. The unit was very modern & spotless. Easy access & good communication.
