The breakfast was simple. We stayed on the first floor but could hear foot noise from the second floor. The rooms could get upgraded.

We liked the room with the kitchenette, very spacious. The gym and sauna was great with the indoor pool. We made use of the coin laundry although one of the dryers was out of service which was not very convenient. The location was great because it was near the Brackley National Park and beach. We expected more from the breakfast other than muffins, coffee and tea, some fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Price. I was hoping my Genius Level 2 would be applied but it wasn’t so I finished up paying almost $600.00:for two nights.

The pool was freezing and we couldn't figure out how to turn the lights on or if they even had any. Kids enjoyed it until their lips were blue but there was a sauna to warm up in.

Great place to stay, looks like they did lots of updates. Close to two little shops with great food. Nice and Clean. Beautiful spot and lots of space to go walk around.

Shower did not appear to be working. But only stayed one night so did not bring up to staff as it was late. Room was above pool and there was lots of noise from it as kids played there until closing.

I cannot remember whether the breakfast was included when I booked. But what we had in the morning really wasn't breakfast. Just muffin and coffee.

The room is good, big and clean. Also the location is not bad. There is an oyster restruant beside the living place, which is good.

Loud sounds from drain in our room was annoying, coffee and tea was cut off at 10 am sharp. It would be nice for it to end later.

The AC was a bit loud and on the second night the water was cold - not even lukewarm but more cold than anything else! It was not a big deal to me because it as just the one day.

The room was big and clean and the bathroom was especially spacious. I liked it that I could park the car right in front of the room and also that there was a big pool, a sauna and a playground. The location itself was quiet and a short drive from Cavendish and Charlottetown.

I meant to notify the front desk regarding the air conditioner, it didn’t blow much cold air both nights we stayed there. Thought maybe it was due to the overload of use with the high temperatures.

We had a wonderful stay at Brackley Beach Northwind! The location was perfect — close to Cavendish and Brackley Beach, and just a short walk from The Dunes Studio Gallery, which was a great place to explore. The room had air conditioning, which made it very comfortable, and we appreciated having a fridge and microwave for convenience. What we loved most was the indoor pool — it rained during our stay, but the kids had a great time swimming indoors. There was also a sauna and an outdoor hot tub, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, the bathroom was especially nice and well maintained, and it was convenient to be able to park right in front of our room. We wished we could have stayed another night, but unfortunately it was fully booked. Overall, a great experience!

I would have liked a sheer curtain on the windows so I could keep the curtains open and still have privacy. My window was located very close a neighboring balcony.

The room was bright, clean, and well maintained. The location was perfect for visiting the beach and the city. The pool, hot tube, and gym catered to all of my family. And, the morning coffee and muffin in the lobby was a lovely surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the area around the resort was well kept and beautiful.
