Great location and reasonably priced for a few nights stay

The bed was a bit soft and creaky for our comfort but it wouldn't put me off staying again.

Lovely host including Poppy the dog. Great location and very clean. The aircon in the bedroom was very much appreciated. Comfortable sofas too.

Cooking facilities. There was a. Microwave and a well stocked kitchenette, but it would have been wonderful to have a cooktop to prepare home cooked meals.

It was great to have our own space within walking distance to everything in Jasper. The bathroom was modern and clean.

A little space heater would of been nice as it was on the cooler side. A little better lighting for reading. The bathroom light did not work.

The stairs up to the suite were a little difficult for us seniors but doable. There may have been pets there before, we forgot to ask if it was smoke and pet free. Allergies acted up.

Location was close to the Main Street, suite was well equipped and comfortable.

I would have liked if the hosts had provided an induction stove top given there was no oven or stove. That was the only missing element for me.

The only downside, and that’s not specific to this property only but appears to apply to all of Jasper, is that secondary suits can’t have a real kitchen.

Everything basically, comfy and individually furnished with some style and enough room for at least two. Owners live downstairs but we neither heard them nor where they controlling in any way.

TV had no instructions. Fortunately we don’t use TVs in rooms but needed to access some news on this occasion and had no luck.

The host was hostile when we arrived at the accomodation. She chided us for not following the instruction to get into our apartment without interrupting her evening with her family. She also implied tt we shn not have booked her accomodation as we had been unable to even find our way to her address. I felt that this place should be blacklisted from Booking.com after your investigation. Amenities in the room were old and the place is dusty. Felt like no prep effort was put in before we arrived. The air cooler wasn't working, so was one of the lighting. The bamboo blinds were old and difficult to keep in place. Since our first attempt to inform her was received with such intense negativity, we did not repeat our discomfort with the above with her. There were alot of wires plugged into few electrical points. Felt so unsafe staying there. The pillows smelt old and had an overused stench.

It was a quiet neighbourhood yet a stone throw from trail walking, food and activity centres.

The location was excellent, it was clean and comfortable. We appreciated having the little mini kitchen area to be able to prepare lunches, and warm up food.

We had a fantastic stay in this property. I'm unsure about all the comments about the uncomfortable bed because I actually found it very comfortable! The property matched the description. It had everything we needed. As a side note - Poppy was lovely! It was so nice to be greeted by her everytime we came home. She is a friendly dog, who just likes a bit of fuss! Thank you for welcoming us to your home. We were lucky to visit Jasper when we did as unfortunately they are experiencing wild fires currently. I want to let the hosts know that we are thinking of you and hope that everybody is safe and okay (considering the circumstances).

Very dated and bed awful, mattress so bad impossible for 2 people to sleep on it as it dips so badly in the middle. Didn’t mention to host as a review a year ago did and we assumed it would have been changed so put up with it as we were only there for 3 nights but not good enough. Bathroom clean & shower hot but very low so you have bend yourself double to wash your hair if you’re more than 4ft tall and water drains incredibly slowly.
