Sports bar lacked atmosphere compared to other hotel sports bars in the area for a Friday.

Although the breakfast lounge on the 7th floor had a very nice buffet-there was not enough seating for the people using it.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast. It was a buffet which normally is fine. However, nothing was hot - and the coffee was poor.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was huge with clean sheets and was really comfortable also. Breakfast and dinner were both really good. There were robes and slippers available to use during our stay and fresh makeup wipes in the bathroom each day which were really nice touches.

The property was too far away from the airport .The website for booking .com stated they had an airport shuttle.It needed to be booked ahead and for our family it would have cost over$150.The hotel is very nice and staff very accomadations.We were granted a late checkout.

Location is far from downtown; requires car or taxi. Nothing much in the immediate vicinity. I believe there is a mall not far. Breakfast was just adequate, buffet with tasteless scrambled eggs, no menu.

Hotel has regional flavor in the decor, very modern, and an attractive lounge area.

The eggs and sausage at breakfast were cold, most likely due to the process of being brought up from the basement or another location. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not helpful and often unable to assist. We had an issue with casting to the TV, and the third-party service provider informed us that the hotel needed to resolve it. However, even by our last day, we didn’t receive a single call or visit from the front desk to check on it. We also requested to change rooms and upgrade to one with a bathtub, but shockingly, the staff claimed they didn’t know how much we had paid — apparently because we booked through Booking.com and they didn’t have access to that information. This was confusing, especially since we were given a receipt for our payment on the first day.

The place was clean with good service on the sixth and seventh floors. I appreciated the way they cared — every evening, staff would check on the rooms to see if anything was needed, offering a piece of chocolate and a bottle of water. Breakfast was fairly good.

Zero! The staff will do anything in reason to accommodate you, rooms are definitely higher end than price pint in area. Highly recommended
