How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

They need an ice hotel in the hotel and should tell the chambermaids when people have a late checkout so they are not knocking on your door. And an extra roll of toilet paper is always great.

As I said, was beginning to look a bit rundown, the blind, which is higher, nobody could reach with split and torn, but it was a large space so you certainly can’t complain if you have two TVs and two toilets to yourself 🤗
Location it was perfect for the wedding I had to attend. The facilities were a bit dated and worn faucets loose the room smelled of cigarette smoke, but the air conditioner almost took care of that. Staff was super kind, friendly helpful, and resourceful. Made me feel very welcome.

The customers below my room were noisy and smoking weeds.
The staff is simply amazing. We had problem with the toilet. They even helped me move to another room. Even the cook and waitress for breakfast were plaisant.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days room got a decent cleaning and full amenities refresh. Other days not. Also not comfortable with uncontrolled outside access via unmonitored fire escape doors. Possibly just me bringing big city sensibilities to a small town location.
Location and friendly staff. Awesome inclusive breakfast options.

Facility is a little dated & could use some updating but that seems to be a growing north american trend when it comes to stays on the road.
Rooms were clean & beds were comfortable. Onsite restaurant served a good meal for a great price.

Overall, the place needs some TLC. Beds were worn out, and you can feel the springs.
Staff was great and very friendly. Rooms were clean. Value for the money. Breakfastwas good..

The facility is old , needs renovation. One of the beds doesn’t look fresh, there are grease like stain on the bed cover , there’s a funny smell in the room, like kinda fishy.
The breakfast is good with a big serving, i like that a restaurant serves it . The receptionists are nice.

There are some stains on the bed, not sure if it is changed. One of the bed looks sunken, we didn’t use it. That bed needs to be replaced i guess. The building needs renovation, it looks old. We can see the water stain on the ceiling.
The breakfast is good, big serving . The staff are cheerful and accomodating. The price is just fine for the condition of the room.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the water pressure was awesome, lots of hot water for morning shower, excellent location, friendly staff and enjoyed my free hot breakfast from the restaurant. My dog stayed with me at the hotel. My room was perfect, having an outside door made it easy to come and go with my dog. I will definitely stay at All StaySuite again!

The beds were very small. To get ice we had to go to the restaurant rather than just an ice machine. There was not a lot for sound insulation. We could hear everything when people were waking up for the day, including alarms.
The bed was small but super comfy. The breakfast was very good. The girls at the front desk were rockstars. The breakfast was exceptional.

The first thing we found when we entered the bedroom upstairs was a large beetle on the bed, nature happens, and there were dark hairs in the shower, it did give us feelings of general uncleanliness. The pillows on the king size bed were also smaller than standard queen size pillows and there were no other pillows in the room.
We were able to check in early which was great! Everything was very standard, pleasant.
