The breakfast dining room is small and most mornings we did not have a place to sit. One day there was no hot water for a shower.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable , not far from center and quiet. Friendly staff. Beautiful Mountain View.

Pricey for what you get. Parking filled up at night, and I had to park on the street. Breakfast ended too early.

Breakfast was good but sometimes due to many people there are not enough seats or tables and we had to wait for people to leave... Pool, hot tub, waterslide and the sauna was also really nice, only thing I can say is also sometimes too many people using it so its bit crowded. Overall all was great

Big construction crane which was blocking our view from our room :)

Excellent location , very close to Banff national park and pretty good location with decent food options and scenic lakes and for morning hikes. Room service was great they made sure our room was clean and all towels were changed every single day , all 5 days we stayed there there was no single complaint on any amenities and breakfast was pretty decide and staff there were very kind. We are really happy with our stay!

Room did not have A/c. Area where breakfast buffet was quite crowded. Thought the hotel was overpriced compared to places we have stayed in the past.

The breakfast could have offered more options. Also, the pillows were either big and full or very thin. So maybe some upgrades there.

Our stay was too short to enjoy Canmore.

The facility is nice and clean. We were greeted with freshed baked cookies and nice cold drink when we arrived. The staff were friendly and very helpful in directing guests in the area. We had a beautiful room looking out the mountains, so relaxing. The facility has decent gym, nice pool with slide for children, hot tub and sauna. We used the hot tub after a day hiking, it was wonderful. The place provided guests with nice hot breakfast and great coffee which was awesome before we rushed to the airport next morning. Walking to town center is about 10 min, we could see lovely three sister mountains standing in front of us. The cost was a bit pricey due to peak season, but it is vacation, we don't mind to pay a little more with many benefits included.

The waterslide was too scary to go down more than once,, and the pool and hot tub were not the cleanest.
