Neither clock in pool and fitness area work. Locks into those areas do not work. Anyone including small kids could get in. Jets in hot tub do not work. Spa timer broken to start jets.

The over night lady from 11 til morning isn't very personable and helpful and every time you went to the desk she wasn't there or if she was she wasn't helpful or seemed knowledgeable about her job.

Loved the selection for breakfast, the pool was warm and so inviting, the hot tub was wonderful and actually not. The beds and pillows were super cozy and comfy. The room was big and spacious. The lady who worked 3-11 was beyond exceptional and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. House keeping is 10/10 very throughly, clean and friendly. Also they actually had a mini crib for the baby with a great mattress for baby. It was literally a home away from home.

I was charged for early arrival. For older people it would have been nice to have a soap holder in the bath area because of a slipping hazard. The conditioner and shampoo bottles were hard to open for seniors

The frozen eggs and everyday same fruits for 3days stay.

Location is good. For the breakfast I don’t like the frozen egg if I may suggest instead boiled egg and to add more fruits or diffreent fruits everyday and banana if possible

The hot tub didn’t work upon arrival. A dance competition was happening all weekend and the hotel was packed. The resurfacing of the hot tub could have been postponed or informing those that had a booking of this prior to have the option to cancel and book somewhere else. Also, no sheets or bedding on the hideaway bed.

The room was to warm upon our arrival (It was 31°c inside the room) and the air conditioning was turned off. We reserved a few days before arriving so they knew the room was booked.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast offered hot food and an omelette station. It was very good. The hotel is near a grocery store, drug store and gas station.

There was a loud humming noise from an outside building which made it difficult to sleep for me. My husband slept fine. I would prefer a room on the opposite side of the building at a future reservation.

Breakfast was very good. All food was fresh. The potatoes were cold though. The omelet was prepared to our specifications and was cooked infront of us and served hot. The cook was very pleasant and enjoyed cooking and conversing with us. Many available choices!

Not having different sweet item choices for breakfast. The suite not having the amount of utensils and cutlery for the appropriate amount of people allowed in the room. No kettle, cutting board. Things we could have used for our 5 night stay.

Room was clean, great size suite. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast with hot items, omelets and fried eggs. Good regular coffee also can have lattes, Cafe mocha, hot chocolate, etc..

Breakfast was ok...seemed to be a little on the cool side. Omelettes were great though. Not an everyday thing.

The room was a little chilly at first but we soon warmed it up.

The breakfast was very good and the lady that cooked our omelettes was exceptional. We spoke with her after our breakfast and told her how good our omelettes were aand we found out she was from the Ukraine and we welcomed her and she teared up. It was a lovely experience for us too.
