Bathroom, shower drain didn’t drain properly. Front end staff didn’t acknowledge us when we arrived, even if they are on the phones they can make eye contact to at least acknowledge our presence. Had to request additional towels as I booked the room for four people but only three towels provided. Use the information provided to you to ensure adequate supplies.

Room was clean. Bed was clean. Basic room, kinda surprised there were no coffee makers in the rooms or tea. Kinda expensive for one night, but it did the job. Breakfast was good and warm, lots of variety.

5 night stay and everything was great. My daughter loved the pool and slide and used it plenty in those 5 days. The food at the Trends restaurant was awesome and the free breakfast every morning was tasty

The pool water looked cloudy and seemed to lack chlorine. I didn't, therefore, go in.

The room was nice and the breakfast had many offerings. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We used the fitness room which was good.

We chose to stay in Dartmouth making use of the ferry for our visit to Halifax. This Best Western hotel was very good with spacious rooms, great front desk staff, and a restaurant on site. The beds were very comfortable, & the room was clean with all the expected amenities.

Hotel was in a great location, close to Darmouth Crossing. The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable! The free breakfast was def an added bonus, lots of variety.

Our first night we were in an awful room where the air conditioner was insanely loud (like a jet engine turning on and off) and kept us up all night. The shower head also didn't work. Staff were accommodating and let us switch rooms. The room we switched to was MUCH quieter.

Pool and waterslide were great! Loved the close proximity to Halifax. Good breakfast selection at the buffet each morning.

Found random bits of pepperoni on the carpet in the bedroom. Nothing much within walking distance, you definitely need a car to stay here. Quiet the first few nights of the week but once Thursday hit it was pandemonium with kids racing around and shouting in the corridor and parents talking to each other outside our room and between room doors until 10.30pm, not sure what it would be like at a weekend. Pool constantly filled with kids. More suited to people with kids.

Picked the location as a base from which to do day trips. Breakfast buffet nothing special but edible. Plenty of fresh towels and toiletries available, comfortable beds. Staff very friendly. Enjoyed the restaurant/bar in the hotel - the food was very nice and serving staff very friendly too. Plenty of parking available. Close to a couple of retail parks if driving. Has self service laundry facilities just need change!

Bathroom door wouldn't stay open. It kept closing while standing at the sink. The room was for someone with mobility issues and the bathroom was small and hard to maneuver his walker.

Location is in a light industrial area so a bit of a drive from downtown Halifax.

We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and the hotel upgraded us to a suite, which we really enjoyed. The bed was so comfortable, and they served a great breakfast with lots of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.
