Excellent breakfast

Nothing of significance.

The breakfast contained a good variety, primarily the standard items found in a continental breakfast. Cooked food was kept warm. The location was well suited for my needs, close to the industrial section and easy access to a primary highway. Many restaurants in the local area, some within walking distance. The exercise room is well equipped. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable.

The hotel was clearly well run with a great front desk staff and well looked after facilities. It was close to the industrial visits I was making and had restaurants nearby.

By no fault but my own never knew it was a big workers stop. The trucks running all night was the only draw back.. .

Absolute disorganization of housekeeping x 3 events. No electrical options (all used) next to the bed to charge your phone.

It could have been easier to find. We circled around in Bonnyville seeking the hotel. Eventually we went to another hotel and asked the desk-lady to show us the location of your hotel. She very kindly came outside and pointed out your premises. It was just across the road. We realised that your logo on the hotel was too small to notice.

The breakfasts were excellent. The bath room was nice. Everything was clean and laid out. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There were sufficient electrical sockets for our recharging needs,

I thought I booked a room with jet tub but it was just a king suite. picture had jet tub 😞

Very clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff. King Suite was excellent. Telus Optik was nice to have. Slept in and missed breakfast but bed was great. Good thread count sheets and pillows. The towels were so crisp and clean. The shampoo/ conditioner and lotion were argon oil. Really nice.

Very clean hotel, clean rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. They actually provided 4 sets of towels AND an extra roll of toilet paper in our rooms. Bonus also for the bathroom lighting, as you can actually see well and do makeup! So many hotels fail with bathroom lighting but you have done it right! No one needed to ask for anything extra as it was already there. The Electric Vehicle charging station is an amazing amenity that needs to be highlighted for this hotel! The Level 2 charging got us to the charge we needed to make our return trip to Edmonton. A very minimal cost for the hotel for a few kWh of energy that means so much for those traveling in an EV. You are leading the way and will get more bookings by providing this service. There is also a great games room for the kids, and cookies at the front desk of course. A very nice breakfast was included with our stay. Complete with waffles, pancakes, muffins, sausages, oatmeal, toast, cereal, and coffee with a variety of juices. We didn't leave hungry! Thank you for making this a great stay for our family of 5. We will be booking here again this summer.

Wished to have bacon for breakfast.

Bed were comfy and big, room was very clean, the gym was awesome. Don't know how to use the videogames room l, but I didn't make the effort to ask. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly, awesome stay overall.

More sound proof rooms. We could here the hum of a motor or a fan all night in our room

The hotel was nice, but the wall to the outside must have been paper thin because we could here outside traffic as if the window was wide open…and it was not.
