Our room smelt like smoke alot. The hotel was full of multi cultural families living at the hotel. Our room was clean but it was very dated.

I did not like that I booked breakfast included in my stay, and that wasn't provided . Wifi kept cutting in and out which also affected the TV.

The size of the room . The server at the restaurant in the hotel was very nice.

hotel is really far from center and territory around hotel is dirty. When we arrived them room itself was clean but the balcony was totally forgotten, the chairs and table were in the dust and spider webs were everywhere

good comfy beds, relatively quiet air conditioning , but the noise of the fridge might disturb some light sleepers, the have a capsule coffee machine that gives a nice tasty coffee, pool area is very warm , no sauna though

Did like the no ice in our floor. AC was not that strong. TV only 1 chanel, couldn't watch the news.

The room needs some deep cleaning…around the sliding door. Back of bathroom door. Some fresh paint on doors & trim would help. No face cloths were provided. For an older room it wasn’t bad but for the price we just thought it would have been renovated. The hall carpet was fairly new but a little faded by the doors perhaps from salt. Front lobby nice but dusty.

Hotel room had a big comfy chair, only to find out it was broken. Remote control, various buttons did not work. The smell of POT was disgusting! On arrival, you had to walk through it at the side entrance, which it continued throughout the hallways. And the smell was off & on all weekend seeping into the room.

Great location for a Leafs vs Sens weekend. Grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants & shopping near by.

Advertised and sold as including breakfast. We didn't even receive a continental breakfast or a cup of coffee. Very disappointing when we were told breakfast would be at 7am and you have children with you and now you have to go out to find breakfast. Then you are told there is a restaurant attached to hotel where you can buy breakfast. No thank you we dined elsewhere. Beds were not comfortable at all.

Reseverd the room for my girlfriends birthday a couple days later paid for the up grade, which i thought was a soaker tub and fireplace. Turns out i only upgraded the fire place which didn't work.

Room was big and clean, location was great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great at the high fives restaurant attached to the hotel.

I would have liked daily housekeeping, not having to request it. Thus my low score on value for money. I would prefer a quick breakfast area and not having to go to a restaurant.

Toothpaste on one of the folded towels. No shampoo & conditioner just body gel & bar soap. Toilet was really low.

The outside was not clean, was not informed that half the hotel was being used as temporary housing, the back of the hotel was littered with garbage and old furniture. The pool was used for swimming lessons for people not staying at the hotel.

There are low income families who live at the hotel. This should not be an issue but the children are left unattended to vandalize and steal from vehicles. Workers present explained that they had had gasoline siphoned from their vehicles that day. The children were throwing sticks and broken glass around the parking lot and climbing on our vehicle, inspecting the contents. Upon trying to immediately check out, we were informed by another guest (who was also demanding their money back) that there is a significant bed bug/cockroach problem.

Ice machine broken -totally out of service! 1 of 3 electrical Outlets didn’t work Floor lamp broken Not enough light in the room Not enough storage or space in general House keeping often forgot to stock up coffee pods, towels etc. had to request multiple times to get what we needed. Saturday afternoon, the hotel is totally booked They are cleaning the pool. Our boys couldn’t go swimming. We will never stay at a Best Western again. We will also never book through booking.com again either.

Breakfast was bad since there wasn’t one. No breakfast included. Had been discontinued and the website wasn’t up to date. Unacceptable!!! We were very disappointed as we had a family of 7 and were counting on a decent full breakfast to start our busy days.
