The ironing board was very small and a challenge to use. Be careful of the screen door. It was quite transparent and I walked through it. Louis attended to this immediately.

The apartment was well equipped and spotless and it was obvious the owner - Louis, was proud of this. Communication was excellent. Although Louis lived upstairs he was very respectful of our privacy. The property was approximately 8 kms from downtown Vancouver but this was not a problem for us as we had a car. Street car parking was easy.

Everything was great, although adding a tea towel, vegetable peeler, small saucepan, and small pairing knife (to cut up fruit) would be of benefit to the kitchen, as would a plug in order to use the bathtub. There is also very limited space to store your clothes (no chest of drawers), however, there is a cupboard with some hangers and some small bedside tables. I did find the bed/ mattress and pillows a bit firm, but others may find this a benefit.

Wonderful one bedroom, bright basement apartment. Fantastic location, close to UBC, Jericho beach, and steps from Pacific Spirit Regional Park. Easy access to bus routes, local restaurants, and stores. Beautiful neighborhood, tree lined street. Free parking a huge plus. Great facilities including full kitchen, dishwasher, and washer + dryer. Very responsive, friendly host.

It was difficult to make phone calls from inside the suite. You had to step outside to get reception.

It was clean and comfortable. The in-floor heating was very nice. All amenities were top notch. The neighbourhood was very quiet and we had our privacy.

Unable to get news channels on the tv, not a big issue. The bathroom needed a couple of facecloths and a second hand towel. The kitchen needs a dish drying cloth.

The suite was very quiet. We heard nothing from the suite above. We are seniors and assistance was provided to assist us to get in and out of the suite. We really appreciated that consideration.

The property was beautifully kept and so clean . The privacy and comfort of the suite was very accommodating.

The location of this house was exceptionally beautiful if you like a neighborhood feel , and the suite apartment was clean and quiet. Perfectly suited for a couple that wants to take in the beauty of Vancouver.

Big and clean apartment in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The host is really helpful and responds quickly to messages. The kitchen is well equipped. There are buses nearby to take you to the waterfront (about 45min).

Its location is not the best if traveling by public transit. Buses are frequent and convenient, so it's not a big issue.

Very nice apartment, very clean. Dishwasher, laundry machine, oven, dishes, etc. All the necessary appliances were present for a nice stay. Very fair price.

The bedroom doesn’t have any room for suitcases and we had ours in the living area.

The apartment is large and very clean. About 20 minutes walk to bus to get downtown /cruise terminal. Supermarket about 20minute walk. The neighbourhood around the apartment is very safe and lovely to walk around washer/dryer is very handy and the apartment is well stocked with cooking pans and utensils. Easy access.

We stayed for two weeks in this basement, It was everything clean and new, all the appliances works perfectly. They have a confortable bed and sofa where you can rest and watch movies. Also you will find buses that connect with all Vancouver city just a few blocks walking from the house.

The door lock and window blinds are a little tricky.

This property is very modern and clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of on-street parking. It is centrally located for UBC, beach, shopping and dining.

I had to crack the window to lower the temperature at night for sleeping.

Everything was clean and new. The host was friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.
