Smell of chlorine was overpowering! Rooms dated, pillows were horridly big and the reception had no smaller pillows. Needs some work!

Great location, generous sized rooms, nice restaurant & friendly staff. Laundry was convenient with books & a couch whilst you're waiting.

1. Parking entrance- the entrance was too narrow that i scratched my car. There was good enough space for parking area but entrance was not that great!! 2. Bathroom drainage was not great!! It didn’t drain properly!!

We had no Air conditioning in the bedroom, the temperature in the room was 27.5C and even with the window open and a fan blowing full the room was way to hot to be able to sleep.

Our room was kind of weird, the ceiling angled in on us like we were under the roof which made the room seem more cramped.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent shower pressure and fresh soft towels each day. Great location. Free bus tickets given out for time staying. Easy parking even with big car. Friendly staff. All round great experience.

We had a 1st floor room which was actually basement level; no AC in rooms which was expected but open windows at that level did not create air flow nor safe feelings.

Room was really small for a stay with 2 queen beds booked for a family of 4.

Location, almost all the tours and long distance buses, like brewster, have a pick up and drop in front of this hotel. Staff was very congenial, check in and check out is really smooth. They have luggage storage facility. The property is very clean and the reception area is very beautiful.

I know Banff is expensive in general but for the price it would be nice if the breakfast buffet was included.

There was no air conditioning so it was quite warm in the room. The window opened and a fan was provided, however it was still warm and sleeping was somewhat difficult due to the room temperature.

The accommodations, staff and restaurant were great. Room was clean, window opened, bathroom was clean, beds were comfy and underground parking was great to have.

I did not appreciate that the hotel was at the edge of town and I was unable to get a taxi at the coach stop. There was a bus stop near. A little bit old fashioned.

The room was quite small and dark, and not very soundproof, could hear loud noises most of the night. For two people, you only get one coffee stirrer each, and one powder creamer per day, I feel a couple more would be more convenient as we had to keep going down to ask for more.

The spa is amazing, the bathroom in our room was large and good water pressure.

Internet was very poor, it dropped off every 10-15 mins and had to re-find the internet all 3 days. Some staff responded that they are fixing it, others made up excuse to say it is because the hotel is full house and it happens. I had to use my phone data to get on a work meeting call. Hotel was starting to show it's age. The pool had green sand stuff in it, which made it looked dirty.

It was quiet. Room was alright. Rocky mountain soap is nice. Sauna is good. The Keg is excellent.
