There isn’t AC which wouldn’t be a problem since it’s so cool at night, but we happened to be there during the hottest week of the year, so it was a little warm.

Everything was so clean and cozy and the location was amazing! Two minute walk to the town but nice and secluded off a quiet road.

Banff Boutique Inn is a very cosy cottage, our private bedroom was nice and very clean, the common rooms are large and very well kept, with a very pleasant "old style" look (not the kitchen, which is very modern and equipped with all you can wish for cooking your own meals!), the hosts were friendly and very kind, The location is perfect, very quiet and silent, just outside the town, with a nice walking trail (wher you can spot wapiti deers early in the morning) just across the road and only a few minutes walk from the town center: a very good place to start discovering the beautiful Banff National Park!

There was no breakfast offered. There was a fully equipped kitchen available for guest use and coffee, tea and milk were provided. We did not make use of the kitchen other than to make coffee. The Inn is well located close to downtown and the staff were amazing. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The price was competitive for the area.

The location was perfect- walkable to everything and close to beautiful trails. The room was perfect and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't require much from them but they always checked in to make sure we were all set. We had a late check in because of our flight arriving and they gave us very easy directions to follow on how to get in which were very helpful.

We learnt about Banff through our daughter who was living locally, however some form of familiarization with activity options could be handy for guests generally so that they can enjoy their time in Banff

Rooms on the second floor were a little tight on space. The sloping roof/ceiling didn’t help.

Also liked that there were guest space in the many fridges so one could self cater Loved the relaxed. bed and breakfast homey atmosphere - likely helped by the 'no shoes' request. Having the convenience of the kitchen/dining area was great! The location was great for us, we were there for the Banff 10k race event and it was close to walk! We walked everywhere and caught our buses for our tours in town!

The Banff Boutique Inn is the perfect location for walking to town, transit, and trails. The windows in the eating and sitting area are facing mountains where you can watch the sun rise each morning. The staff is super sweet, helpful, and professional. They keep the place spotless and are welcoming smiles when you come in from the days activities. Our room was quiet with a tub, perfect for soaking in,after a long day of biking or trails. The kitchen has everything you need for a light breakfast or to prepare a home-cooked meal with the best coffee. I honestly loved this place!

Everything was great. The room was quite small but we knew that was likely from the photos. I would love to see the toiletries in big refillable bottles rather than the tiny one-use ones, as they are more eco friendly.

It was close to the town but a 10 min walk, so it was nice and quiet. The communal kitchen and dining area was very useful, so we didn't need to eat out all of the time. It was also nice to chat to the other guests. Having some basic breakfast provisions, such as oats, dried fruit and nuts and milk was also really appreciated. Staff were very friendly.

Trying to find the main office to check in was a little difficult, but that was very minor.

Lots of stairs to climb with luggage in the upstairs units. Our bed mattress needs to be replaced as it has sunken sections & was uncomfortable to sleep on! Carpets need to be replaced.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to downtown. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff super friendly. There’s a shared kitchen so you can cook if wanted, and there is coffee and oatmeal available to prepare for breakfast.
