The property has undergone significant renovations like new doors, windows, heating and air conditioning, flooring, bathrooms. The room was very quiet and bed comfortable. Close to town.

Room was cleans. Beds are not comfortable quite hard but served it's purpose. Maybe newer matress with more comfort would be great as we have stayed here several times that is our only complaint. My son says it feels like you're sleeping on a boxspring lol Always friendly greeting at front desk 😊

No breakfast, but room has a coffee maker, small fridge and microwave and places to eat/grocery are nearby, so NOT a problem. Wish the pillows were not so floppy and flat. At least everything is clean and fresh. Wifi was okay, not super reliable but cell signals ok nearby. Bell TV is HD but we barely watched it since TV in general sucks. This is not on them.

Room was small but clean and cozy. Warm with a good ability to control the temp. Convenient location and is close to the road so there is a bit of traffic noise. Property is very 1990s, but in pretty good shape. Most importantly, it’s clean. Nice hot water from shower. Mirror in bathroom was “heated” so didn’t fog up to unusable in the small space. Water tasted normal. Bathroom is partly renovated so is not old.

There are no staff on duty in the morning and no way to reach them. The coffee pot in our room did not work, we like coffee first thing in the morning (7:00 am) but when we went to the office for assistance there were no staff, we found a sign at the office that they were unavailable until 9:00 am. They do not tell you at check-in that they won't be available after 10:00 pm and will not return until 9:00 am, they rely on obscure signage that isn't easy to locate. At the very least they should have the sign at the reception desk so you can read it while checking in and ask any questions you may have. The bed was really hard but I slept pretty well. There was some type of family reunion that partied late into the night and they were situated right above us, I am not sure the operators knew that but they did know they had put us on the bottom floor therefore knew there was a possibility it would not be quiet. If they had put us on the top floor it would have been quieter therefore they did not fulfill the request for quiet. I could not easily find accessible plugs to charge phones, the only plugs were behind furniture, I had to unplug the lamp from behind the bed. Most accommodations have power bars on the nightstand.

The staff were friendly and accommodating when they were available. I love the smart mirror and the cleanliness. Gorgeous area.

Balcony needs to he cleaned. Dirty ashtray on table, chairs outside need to be cleaned. when entering building there was a stale smell.

This room needed a new paint job. There were spider webs inside the front window with a large spider. Obviously, not swept in a while. The bathroom although renovated had mold in the shower and the door and frame were not painted. The blanket on the bed had holes in it. We paid 167.00 for one night. Too pricey for the condition of the room.

The property was located on a highway. The room had a new door and the bathroom had been re done and new flooring throughout. NO carpet. The bed was very comfortable.

Towels were small and stiff, tv is in an awkward location as it was hard to see when lying in bed. Wall mounted would be better. Another table on the other side of the bed would be nice!

Bed was kind of hard and stiff. Room smelled a little musky. Exhause fan for bathroom was really loud and unpleasant.
