Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

On a booking property was listed with a street view but in real it was window to nowhere so generally apartment looked dark. Overpriced because it was long weekend 30-1 sept

United KingdomThe hotel is just on the edge of the decent end of Ste Catherine and there was a scary incident just along from the hotel. Beggars everywhere. The breakfast was below average. Tepid tasteless coffee. Paper cups in the room. Yuk! My pet hate.
Very professional staff who were most helpful. Left luggage a big plus. Printing off boarding cards no problem. Thanks! The location is convenient for cultural sights and the main bus station.

A very nice hotel with a great fitness which we used several times. Friendly staff around the clock and complimentary coffee at the reception. Very flexible to leave luggage for a few hours after check-out. When we complained about noise in the room (airco), staff was very friendly and accommodating.

BelgiumThe area has many homeless individuals and people dealing with addiction, but they were not disruptive. Also, there’s only one elevator, which could be a slight inconvenience.
Very comfortable bed, I had a king room on the 6th floor (Room 608). It was super quiet, overlooking a back street with great views. Excellent location, close to the Village, St. Catherine Street West, the financial district, and within walking distance of the metro (Berri-UQAM) and St. Denis Street, which leads to the Plateau. Toiletries were high quality, and the shower had perfect water pressure. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great value for the price. I didn’t try the gym or breakfast, so I can’t comment on those.
