The free coffee available at the Lounge. The room was very well furnished, the Bed comfortable and mattress good for my back. Staff were very helpful with recommendations for things to do in Montreal and places to eat.

Particularly our appartement felt like a little bit “worn out” and required a wall painting refresh, inside it felt like from 90th. On a booking property was listed with a street view but in real it was window to nowhere so generally apartment looked dark. Overpriced because it was long weekend 30-1 sept

Location, whilst very central, was in hindsight not the best bet for us. Not the fault of the property but lots of noise from the festivals.

A clean and comfortable base to explore the city. No frills but did exactly what we needed it to do.

I would not say this place is clean. When we arrived, the floor in the bathroom was dirty and sticky. I am not sure about the cleanliness of the carpet in the room.

The front desk let us check in around 1pm. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. They have drinking water in the lobby along with a fancy coffee machine.

The hotel is just on the edge of the decent end of Ste Catherine and there was a scary incident just along from the hotel. Beggars everywhere. The breakfast was below average. Tepid tasteless coffee. Paper cups in the room. Yuk! My pet hate.

Very professional staff who were most helpful. Left luggage a big plus. Printing off boarding cards no problem. Thanks! The location is convenient for cultural sights and the main bus station.

The hotel has no parking lot. Nevertheless, they offer to park your car and you have to pay for it.

The hotel is well located, about 15 min walk to the old town. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel became our usual place to stay in Montreal - Large clean room, large comfy bed, large shower and bathroom, in-suite facilities including fridge, coffee maker, luggage rack and more, great location close to everything, free coffee and tea at reception.

The neighbourhood is not particularly interesting or clean but a few blocks down you’ll find all you need.

Nice hotel with all amenities of a Best Western. Good size room with a good bathroom. We were on the upper floors with a good view. Friendly staff.

We were not a great fan of the breakfast, but this is certainly not a dealbreaker.

A very nice hotel with a great fitness which we used several times. Friendly staff around the clock and complimentary coffee at the reception. Very flexible to leave luggage for a few hours after check-out. When we complained about noise in the room (airco), staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The area has many homeless individuals and people dealing with addiction, but they were not disruptive. Also, there’s only one elevator, which could be a slight inconvenience.

Very comfortable bed, I had a king room on the 6th floor (Room 608). It was super quiet, overlooking a back street with great views. Excellent location, close to the Village, St. Catherine Street West, the financial district, and within walking distance of the metro (Berri-UQAM) and St. Denis Street, which leads to the Plateau. Toiletries were high quality, and the shower had perfect water pressure. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great value for the price. I didn’t try the gym or breakfast, so I can’t comment on those.
