How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing occurs to me.
I was there with my 8 year old grandson - he really enjoyed his stay. The staff treated us both very well - friendly and tolerant of his questions, etc. We enjoyed the restaurant which had good choices for children. The waitress who served us both mornings was particularly nice. We were in Montreal to visit the Biodome which is right across the road so the location was very handy,

The room was not cleaned during our stay. As we only started 2 nights it wasn't a problem. The vending machine was cash only.

There was no rug in the bathroom, and the floor got wet after a shower/bath.It is nice if there's a cleaner who would automatically clean the room every day and change the towels and throw the garbage.Free breakfast could make our stay extra special.
The bed was very comfortable,the pool and gym and sauna we liked so much.

Our room was close to the lobby and it was very noisy in our room even very late at night as a result of the high guest traffic around us. . Breakfast and dinner menus were limited because of issue in the kitchen.
Excellent location if you need to be in the East End of Montreal. Very nice and clean hotel with indoor parking.

Not downtown but an easy uber. Quiet, clean and convenient with a nice bar and restaurant. Ample parking.

The restaurant is advertised on line as being very good, but was empty and only serving basic dishes. We went in quite late, but were rushed through our meal and brought the bill before my son had finished eating!
Lovely pool, great room and good location for Metro and Olympic village area.

Walls and ceilings in rooms need updating - have a 70’s popcorn feel to it, not very cozy. Outside of hotel in urgent need of a facelift. The location is not very pretty, just functional. It takes ca. 15 min to walk to metro station and then another 20 at least to be in the center of Montreal. Although you are under 10 miles from the center, it also takes at least 35 min. to drive there by car due to always horrible traffic and strange traffic light regulations in Montreal.
The inside is relatively newly renovated, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The outdoor pool is really nice, big enough with a deep end and lounge chairs and sofas around. Restaurant was very good for breakfast - good value for what they charge. Free underground parking. Walking distance to Biodôme, Planetarium, Botanical Garden, Stadium and Olympic Tower.

Everything except the bathroom was a bit shabby with a depressing decor. It was great to have parking, staff was nice. It was clean and the restaurant was convenient and good.

Bar tried to play games with currency. If you use US dollars, beware had to call her out on her suspicious accounting…better charging to the room or using Canadian

Half of the exterior pool was under construction and the new flooring was very slippery.
Location. Walkable distance to biodome and jardin botanique. Also close to the Metro station.

The hotel is a bit dated the pictures make it look a lot newer than it actually is in person only one elevator located in the building which can be a hassle.
The location was great about 20 minutes drive to downtown, it's located to some great attractions like the biodome the Olympic stadium. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good well priced, the room was very clean that's very comfortable. Best part was the free parking as long as your guest.

Property is quite dated and could use a good refresh. If it wasn’t for lack of availability over F1 weekend, this hotel wouldn’t have been considered
