Decor is a bit dated. Rooftop seating area is a lovely place to sit, but could use a sprucing up. It would be great if guests could access the building from the rear parking area, instead of having to go around to the front of the building.

The property is walking distance to all downtown Magog has to offer and very close to the lakeside park. Our room was comfortable and had everythng we needed. The price was a good value. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

The first day we arrived was cold outside (unstable weather these days). The heating was off for the season, so we had to use all the blankets available for sleeping. Fortunately, the next day the weather changed and it was warm and the problem was solved.

Nice hotel room with all what you expect to have, fridge, coffee machine, comfortable beds. The window in the 3rd floor provides you with view on the lake.

A lot of rush hour traffic noise and busyness. The breakfast items were very limited. More fruit and cereal selection would improve offerings.

The room was right in front of the elevator so it was noisy. The bathtub grout needs to be deep cleaned

The bathroom was quite small, with not much space to put ones toiletries, but, otherwise, fine. Furnishings and room/ bathroom were nice and clean. I’d certainly stay here again if the price met my needs.

Breakfast not included, but i’m not a b’fast eater anyway. Lovely spot across the street from a McDonald’s (!), but a park and the lake (Memphremagog) is across from the McDonald’s and I could see a part of it from my room. The little town of Magog is in close walking distance to everything. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

No complaints from me.

As many have said already, this is a respectable, no frills, straight forward small hotel. It was clean, comfortable and an excellent value. The hotel has excellent double pained windows that kept out all the street noise.

For that price, it felt like a rip off.. $150 for a night, dirty sheets and no breakfast included was not something any guest expects that price let alone leaving impressed.

nice hotel in a small city, although next to the main road, we had no troubles sleeping. breakfast can be ordered for extra price, and is of decent quality. room itself was nice size, clean and perfect for an overnight stay

Front office person declined to create a walk in reservation for us as at around midnight as it was "too late" for her and she didn't want to be bothered. Told us to come back in the morning, which in hindsight, made no sense. Was she expecting us to sleep outside?. Booked room in lobby on bookings.com instead and she was forced to honor.

We stayed 2 nights to attend Christmas functions and a spa day. The beds were confortable with its duvet and lots of pillows! Even though We had a room facing the elevator, we did not hear a sound…it was very quiet! And we slept very well! The bonus of a little fridge was appreciated! The restaurant was closed because of the Holidays. We remembered the food was very good and very affordable when we stayed there in the last during Covid.
