The suite was incredibly clean and had nice decor, the bed and bedding was soooo comfortable it felt like sleeping in a cloud. Watching the sunrise from your bed with mountain and sea view was insane highly recommend.

Super friendly, helpful staff, a beautifully designed room with breath taking views, everything was well-thought through and felt like luxury - from the linen, to the toiletries, the snacks and having space in the bathroom to hang large towels (which is often a challenge). Artisan Square is its own little oasis on Bowen with direct access to trails.

Loved every little thing!

Absolutely everything is thought out for guests. The view, the amazing bed and linens and decor right down to a milk foamer and coffee maker, even milk in the fridge! Beauty really matters at Artisan Suites so you have a full luxury experience. Add to this the smell of the bakery on the ground floor and you are set!

The only small issue was that we could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms, but I understand this can be common in buildings made of wood.

My wife and I stayed here for my birthday, and we are very happy with our experience. The check-in was very easy, and our room was so clean. The furniture looked very nice and comfortable. And the view from the room was amazing! It made my birthday very special. We recommend this hotel a lot!

The location was absolutely amazing! It must be one of the most cozy places we have ever stayed. On the ground floor there is the nicest bakery that also serves an eccellent lunch. We stayed in the big room which had a wonderful view. I would have loved to stay longer.

The connection of Netflix was weak. I wish there will be microwave in the room since restaurants close early on the Island, and there is a cafe downstairs which sells sandwiches, it would be nice to have a microwave for heating food.

The room had a foul smell as if someone had left their stinky shoes there for several days. The mugs provided in the room had some coffee stains.

The view is stunning, and the bathroom is clean and modern. The room is very spacious and includes a comfortable sofa and chair.

I really can't think of anything that could be better, short of leaving you a robe or notepad and pen in the suite, this stay really exceeded my expectations.

The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including a fancy espresso machine! The location is unbeatable, the check-in and check-out process smooth and seamless, and the hosts are around to ensure your stay meets your expectations. I particularly appreciated their quick help in solving a situation I had during my stay.
