The house is quite old; sufficiently restored to be comfortable. With substantial more work it could be amazing.

Extremely large rooms (we had a suite that actually was an apartment). The owners are very kind and friendly. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Excellent location and very attentive hosts. We had to ask for plates and cutlery to use in our room - although we had a fridge and a microwave there weren’t any kitchen items. Andy provided these and even got us a can opener. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable

Bed was a little smaller than we are used to but it was comfortable. TV was complicated for us old folks.

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were very clean and beautiful. The host was proactive to provide travel suggestions, very available for any questions and overall very friendly. The parking was a bonus, and the location was only minutes from anything we needed. Dumplings for breakfast (along with the typical eggs, bacon, etc) were my favourite part of the food!

Andy welcomed us into his beautiful 130 yr old house with open arms. Before we even arrived he sent me a text asking if we had any dietary restrictions for breakfast. The house is less than 5 minutes from all the shops and restaurants in Charlottetown. The ambience of the home is lovely. Great place to stay!

Only thing was were were unable to open the window in our room (ground floor) and the room got a little stuffy overnight. Otherwise a great stay.

Only concern was there were not many mirrors in the room and the mirror in the bathroom was too high for short people. Although, there was no way to properly mount the mirror any lower in the bathroom.

Beautiful location in a historic part of the city. Many historic elements of the house remain making it very unique, like a time capsule.

Many thanks to Andy's Hotel! Beautiful house, a lot of space, wooden floors, cozy, great breakfast, quiet. Aesthetically, perfect for me. Warm, comfortable. A short walk away from Victoria Park and historical part of the city. I would live in a place like that.

The room was chilly and took a while to warm up.

Great old house and lovely room. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary and Andy put us in a big, bright ground floor room. He even gifted us with a bottle of wine and a lovely card. The property was easy to find and close to the centre of Charlottetown. Parking on site and a quiet neighbourhood. We also had a full breakfast included. Andy is a friendly and accommodating host.

Washroom door did not close, it was swollen and hence we had to listen to each other’s business on the toilet :D Also there was free toiletries but no hand soap at all! We had to use our own, luckily we did bring some We didn’t see any staff during the stay so I don’t know how we would have received any help if we had needed it
