Whenever the air conditioner turned on in the room, it sounded like an explosion or a truck engine back firing... resulting in a terrible sleep. That awful noise stopped after a minute, but was a significant interruption and impact on much needed sleep during our long travels.

Room was clean, staff were pleasant, and food in restaurant for breakfast was very good.

Overall very satisfactory. Location to amenities, attractions, food options was excellent. Within a short walk or drive. Smooth check in and out with courteous staff. An older hotel but kept up well with renovated bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Very nice courtyard with pool , hot tubs and children ‘s playground which made the area very conducive for families. Copious parking and the cafeteria style breakfast was tasty with more than enough food and decent coffee.

Everything was good, one little detail I didn't like at the shower floor was missing a mat floor so the floor was so sleepery.

The room service and breakfast food is mediocre, more like cafeteria food. We didn't try the upscale restaurant, perhaps that's better. Rooms were small. If we had used the pull-out couches, there would have been no remaining floor space. We booked two interconnected rooms which made it work for our family. The room was impeccably clean except for the grout in the shower, which is typical of hotels (more hotels should use easy-to-clean shower surrounds!).

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the whole floor was quiet. We didn't hear any other guests during our 3-day stay. The on-site restaurants and room service are convenient. There is a small playground in the courtyard which was great for us. The location is on a busy commercial street, easy to get to the Zoo and other Granby attractions. Tons of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

_ The staff at front desk when I checked in, never looked me in the eye. NO hospitality skills. _ I stood there for a while behind another check in with no acknowledgement that I was there... no greeting, nothing. _ The other one who dealt with me seemed impatient that I didn't see the number on the back of the keys like I am suppose to know that . I was tired traveling and at a lecture all day. I may not have heard her say it. Especially when they don't look at you when they speak. * It felt like I was disturbing those two. Did not feel welcomes there... _ The commercial cleaner they used was very smelly and maybe toxic. I had to open the door for an hour to get the smell out. There's natural options that disinfect and probably less costly and better for your health.

_ Prior to arrival ,I asked for white/ no print bedcovers. I need a very clean environment. It was impeccable _Wood floors BONUS! I am nursing a lung condition and wood floors are so much easier to clean. I never felt that dust feeling when there are carpet floorings. _The staff when I left at front desk completely different and friendly, the young lady at the pub very helpful when I inquired about filling a container with hot water and she lent me a real cup. The young lady in the cafe in the morning really helpful also. _The experience on the whole was much more positive than negative . They just need to tweak a few things to make it perfect.

I wish the ping pong table was available as well.

-Everything was great. -I was worried if two hot tubs got populated, but it was just us for a while. -The same goes for the play room. It was very entertaining. -Breakfast was also good. -Room was good as expected. - I really liked the furniture quality. We just could not open the balcony door.
