Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. CanadaThe evening we checked in, we went down to reception to purchase some snacks from the canteen, and there was no one to be found for approx fifteen minutes. So we just went back to our room. No sign saying they were going to the washroom, or when they would return, they just weren't there. There were a couple people lined up waiting to check-in and a couple other guests had questions as we did, and we all were left waiting. The one thing that is always associated with a negative when traveling to a hotel is the beds. A firm bed with a soft pillow is not proper support for anyone. And that's how it always is. By the time morning comes, my shoulder is up in my neck, with a crick in my neck because my head has parted the pillow like a red sea, and my head is now on the mattress. It would be nice not to have to worry about neck and shoulder discomfort when traveling.
The water park was excellent and perfect for our family. The location it was great.It was off the beaten path, just a little. The cleaning staff were very kind and polite. The facility was very clean and easy to get around. We had a lovely visit to the spa as well.

CanadaThe Check-out process was so lengthy, breakfast options were very limited, and the breakfast was not value for money at all. Parking is paid despite plenty of parking available.
Rooms are spacious and clean, the check-in process was very smooth, water park access was fun for the kids, parking in the hotel, and employees are generally nice.

CanadaThere really wasn’t much to not like. We had to ask for more towels as there were only 2 sets. We required 3 and we had to ask twice for them. Our cards didn’t work as soon as we were given them and the one employee blamed us for it. She may need to improve on her customer service because she was the one that forgot our towels too as we had to ask twice for them. Aside from that, the service was friendly. I should have asked for her name but didn’t want to cause any fuss.
It was clean, comfortable and safe.. Easy to navigate and find things. Service was friendly.

CanadaThey should hire more qualified lifeguards as they dont pay yoo much attention to the people there. They just shows up to get paid and most of the time makes fun of people by giving each other signs.
Rooms are cleaned and all through out the building. Waterpark has improved a lot and chlorine ia not overwhelming anymore as maybe one of the reason was the doors and windows are open to let the air out. Water is warm and cozy.
