The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. Although we didn’t use the breakfast service, everything—from the systems to the amenities—was up-to-date and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of a gorgeous river. I truly wished I had more time to spend at this hotel!

Due to the Air Canada strike, I had to extend my stay in Calgary and returned to the Alt Hotel. Just like before, the experience was excellent—comfortable, well-designed room with a great view, friendly staff, and a smooth check-in and check-out process. Despite the unexpected delay, the hotel made my extended stay much more enjoyable. Highly recommend for consistency and comfort.

The price hike for rooms for events down town !! Yes I get the rooms are very nice but raising the price foe the weekend 200% is outrageous! I can see paying $200/ night not $399..

Corner rooms are not well designed. Spaciousness could be improved by reconfiguring placement of bathroom.

The blinds could be a bit wider to prevent light from coming through the middle, but it wasn’t a major issue.

The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The lights, blinds, airconditioning, etc ... in the room operate with an easy to use touch screen. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch. The staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming. Very quick check in and check out. Small but but good gym on site. The location, at the edge of downtown is good, with scenic walking tracks by the river. 10 minutes walk downtown to all the sights.

The bathroom floor was a bit creaky. Parking was not included. But there was a nearby parking lot and underground garage. I think the exterior lot was cheaper than the garage.

The view of the Bow River was incredible. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. And the Nespresso machine was a lovely bonus. We enjoyed our night there, and would recommend it, or return again.

Can’t think of one single thing

Beautiful hotel. Very modern. Nice toiletries available. 3 towels which is great as I like to use one for my hair. The staff was lovely. The hotel was super clean. The tv had chrome cast and excellent wifi. Calgary is an amazing city and out of our trip across Canada this past week and half this was in the top 3 of hotels of our entire stay. They had a pool table in the lobby and board games available for borrow. High end Japanese restaurant I would have loved to try but they didn’t have any options that weren’t fish so my hubby wouldn’t eat there - no problem, there was a nice restaurant within walking distance. Check in was easy. Had problems with my credit card and they didn’t make me mess around with calling them we made a $200 deposit that was returned when the room was checked. There was a lot going on in the city and lots of green space to walk around. Wish we would have had more time to take it all in

Would have loved a small fridge. The blinds had massive gaps which let in a lot of light during the long daylight hours.

24 hour check in was handy. Close to nice walking tracks by the river and cute bakeries/ restaurants. Modern.

Took Ubers everywhere as started to walk from the hotel one afternoon along the river with the kids and didn’t feel that safe.

Amazing modern hotel with such a comfortable larger room. Friendly staff. Parking available under the hotel - not theirs but easy to use and very handy. Stored our luggage for us to help as on a later flight.
