The property is just off a busy road and was quite tricky to find first time (although Marieke did provide good directions). This is a very minor detail - overall the property was great. You could walk to the lake easily and it was only a short drive to the downtown area.

Marieke was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. There was a shared kitchen and living room for the guests, so we were able to cook simple meals and relax in the living area. Marieke even provided us with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and basil from her garden for our meal! The breakfasts were lovely too.

We had some difficulty in locating the precise location since it is hidden well off the main road and lacks appropriate signage.

Our hostess went out of her way to accommodate our needs that included personally taxiing us to the local theatre - our destination of evening entertainment - and returned to pick us up later - all due to our walking limitations and parking problems. She further booked us into a lovely dining establishment for our golden wedding anniversary. Also, her breakfasts were both delightful and original. What's not to like!

The breakfasts were all very good and different every day usually incorporating local ingredients and an abundance of fresh fruit. Our host, Marieke, was more than accommodating. The property is a working farm and an absolute delight. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

A comfortable, clean, and quiet room. Breakfast was delicious with omlettes and Dutch crepes, plus cappuccino coffees. Marieke was a very friendly host and made us feel right at home.

Marieke was an excellent host, extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. She also does a great cooked breakfast every morning. The property is well appointed and close to one of the many lakeside beaches.

I booked last minute as a result of the fact I had to stay in town for a medical emergency. Despite this, our hosts James & Marieke were warm & welcoming. Our room was spotless & bed very comfortable. They also allowed the guests to make use of the kitchen, lounge, and laundry facilities, which were excellent. The location was great, within walking distance to the lake and some eateries. Marieke also recommended we visit Beach land, and a great little bakery called Bliss. Both were fab. I highly recommend this great B&B

I could not say a single bad thing about my stay. I felt so comfortable, my room was perfect, and the breakfast was incredible. I wish I could have stayed here longer! The location is perfect if you want to be close to popular areas but not right in them. It was so perfectly quiet and walking distance from restaurants and the beach. Not to mention, Marieke was so kind, friendly, and informative with recommendations while I visited. This is where I will be staying everytime I come to Kelowna.

Location was great, nicely furnished. Set up was perfect as we traveled with another couple. We were able to spend time together in the common area provided. Nice outdoor space as well. Maria and James were such wonderful hosts and so interesting to talk with. Breakfasts were delicious!
