CanadaThe coupon for the breakfast was not given out all at once at checkin. We stayed for two nights and was given only for next day. You have to go back to reception to get your breakfast coupon. It's an extra hassle. Also the breakfast is next door at Smitty restaurant. At first we were made to wait because we were using hotel coupons and the rolling eyes from the wait staff. Non hotel guest were seated first. But once we were seated the service was great.
Our room was big. It was on the end of the corridor. We had extra space.

CanadaThe mattresses were the only thing that could've been better. They weren't horrible but by the end of our stay my back was ready for a more supportive sleep.
The Suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. The sectional was comfy unlike other hotel couches. The pool, hot tub and games room was enjoyed and all worked for the duration of our stay. The staff were very friendly. The coupons for Schmity's breakfast was a pleasant surprise. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and would stay there again if we are back in the area.

CanadaI booked a room with kitchenette and it said it could sleep 6 people king size bed and 2 couches. When I got there the lady looked confused and said no there is only 1 couch and we needed to get a cot. Air conditioner seemed to stop working in the middle of our last night.

CanadaFront office staff need training on customer service skills . Check in process was okay, but while checking out , the front office staff member doesn’t seem to have the basic knowledge of customer service .. Or I don’t know if they have too much of work load ..They seemed to be totally stressed up at 8:30 in the morning while checking out. They forget to smile at customers and do not want to wish back when they are greeted … This kind of ATTITUDE from the staff will kill your reputation Thanks

CanadaHad a small 3lb dog that does not shed is trained, charge $25 per night. Very expensive compared to other places. Staff could not find a cart to bring stuff up to room, also staff was away from front desk almost every time I went there.

CanadaThe back door locking at 11pm. It was extremely cold out and the hotel was fully booked because of multiple hockey tournaments, so had to walk around the building from the parking lot.
The pool area was nice and well kept. The games room was a nice touch as well as the free tea and coffee around the clock. The room was very spacious and clean. Loved how close it was to the hockey rink, Genesis center and the Smittys on site added to the convenience.

CanadaVery minor things like the smoking bench being too close to the front doors (very strong marijuana smell), and a small elevator. Also, I felt bad for the front desk ladies. Both the evening and morning ladies were alone, and they shouldn’t have been. They were being run ragged, but were still doing an amazing job.
It was so clean, it smelled new. The room was very clean, and so was the pool area. Good value for money.
