I really appreciated the customer service. We arrived very early but were able to check without additional charges. On the day of checkout, we could check out a bit later so we could easily get to the airport. Thanks for making this possible! Rooms well maintained, clean and superbe A/C system. Comfortable beds!

Communication was the main issue. Before our stay, my message on Booking.com received only automated replies, and it took several days of calling — within working hours — before anyone answered. During our stay, the AC in our room stopped working one night. When we asked for an approximate repair time, the receptionist simply said she would let us know at some point. Later, when the issue resolved itself, she mentioned it was a common problem and she had hoped it would fix itself. We would have appreciated knowing that in advance, rather than feeling the matter was being dismissed as our problem and not something the hotel was interested in addressing. The other receptionist with her was much more polite and understanding.

Very convenient location for visiting relatives, close to our home in Brentwood where there aren’t many hotel options. Rooms were tidy and cleaned daily. Each room has an electric kettle, and there’s a free coffee machine at reception. It’s a simple hotel, but everything met our expectations.

Bathroom was quite cramped, is a little difficult to navigate if you're plus-sized.

Right on a train route, so VERY convenient location that was far enough outside of the city to be quiet. The staff here are AMAZING, they are so friendly and kind.

Air in the room was a bit stale/smelly unless an AC was turned on.

Smooth check-in experience. Front desk helped with directions to the downtown, and on guest laundry usage. Unlimited coffee/tea at the lobby. Flowers, flowers everywhere. Junior suite was spacious and pretty. Very quiet. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Ducks!

A bit too far from central Vancouver for us as we only had one day there. fine for a longer stay with good transport close by Cafe and burger place close by as well.

Great little place- located close to bike paths, shopping and transit. Friendly efficient service. Nice room; everything in good repair. I loved that they have bikes available for guests to use. Other useful amenities included a fitness room and guest laundry.

Being ground level there was people noise as they stayed close to their car to smoke. That didn't last all night thank goodness. My friend said he heard people partying in another room somewhere, which I was grateful that it wasn't near us. Nothing else.

The Staff were great. Location was great. Room was great. Bed was a bit too soft, but was comfortable otherwise. I just like a firmer bed. First Hotel that the heat was perfect, almost too hot. Very cold in other Hotels I have stayed in the last 6 months.

It was 11pm and since the parking lot was right outside our door, it was a tad noisy from time to time. Called the lobby to see if they had earplugs but there were none. My partner drove to a store and got some earplugs and snacks. Some hotel lobbies carry extra toothbrushes and earplugs and things like that, which is a really nice thing. I would rather that than the free yellow rubber duck Accent Inns provides. When we first arrived and turned on the light, nothing came on. We discovered that the one light was on low dim so we had to walk into the dark room and change the dim to brighter. I think they need to reconsider the lighting. All that being said, I slept really well and for the price, would stay again should I ever need to visit Burnaby again.

The staff were very friendly and cheery. The room was clean although I think there should be a mat to wipe your feet as you enter from the outside right onto carpet on a rainy day. It’s like a motel such that the rooms are directly exiting to the outside. The price was decent for a king bed room but there was nothing extra- no little package like you get at some hotels with a few q-tips and cotton pads. No snack or wine bar.
