The facility has seen better days - especially the bathroom was quite worn but still tidy and functional.

Would have been nice to be able to make a hot drink in the room. One of the other guests next door was smoking a lot of cannabis some days it was really strong smell of it in my room. But that is no reflection on the owners or the motel.

Location was great for me, the owners were friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. The room was tired but that reflects on the price so that suited me well. It was great being able to park right outside the room which made access really good.

No breakfast is provided unfortunately and I also did not fine any possibility to have breakfast in the neighbourhood. Shower is very simple and water was quite cold. The room is small and does not include lot of equipment.

It is hard to explain but my feelings were better than what you would expect for the size of the room and the equipment. The room is quite cozy in its way. I arrived very late after midnight due to a problem on a way but the host was still very kind and waited for me. It is quite place outside city centre which is easily accessible by car or bus.

Second time staying here. Basic...but clean, quiet and comfortable. Very good option for someone on a budget, better than most in this price range.

While clean, it's a bit run-down. There is no landscaping, with the driveway going around an old empty pool, half out of the dirt. There were almost no outlets--one by the bed (filled by air conditioner and lamp) and one across the room (filled mostly by the TV). To charge our phones while using them, we had to choose whether to use the lamp or air conditioning, and only one of us could charge at a time (and the person on the side of the bed away from the outlet was out of luck in terms of charging and lamp). The room is small and the bathroom is narrow, with a very narrow shower. Water pressure was good though.

The room was very clean and the location convenient. It's an old motor motel, without a lot of renovation (and some of what was done poorly done), but I actually enjoy being able to drive right up to my door and not deal with inner hallways. While it wasn't fancy, the bed was comfortable and the price excellent, so I would consider going back, although in no way was this a "7.8" motel (I picked it partly because the rating was so high relative to the price, but also because it was close to a venue I needed to be at). Staff (looked like owners) was very nice, and there was a small convenience store with reasonable prices in the office. There was a very small fridge and microwave, which were clean; soap; and a conditioning shampoo. Rooms are opened by a key. It met most of our basic needs--we honestly just needed a clean place with a fridge to sleep and shower and charge phones--and I am grateful that it was available at the last minute on a weekend when most hotels in the area were booked. I also appreciate that it really was non-smoking, as I have severe allergies. There was no smell of stale smoke as there often is in hotels like this. If you are looking for all the bells and whistles, like hair dryers, convenient lighting and charging, attractive lobby, and a roomy shower, this isn't your place, but if you want an inexpensive, comfortable place to sleep, give it a try.

THE POOL I DON'T THINK WILL EVER OPEN. IT IS CRACKED AND LOOKING AWFUL.

THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE. IT IS A QUIET AREA, AWAY FROM ALL THE EXCITEMENT. EVERYTHING WAS IN WORKING ORDER.

Most of all, host Mr & Mrs Abid are extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly hosts. Good value for money. Parking just outside each room. Bus stop to / from falls just outside the property.

The water temperature while showering shifted from comfortable to boiling or freezing a couple times, but not a dealbreaker... was able to fix as it happened.

Just what I needed for a stop near the falls. It is a ways away from it though, so plan to drive/uber/etc. The staff was easy to work with- don't mind the locked office door, she's in there, haha. The room is plain, regularly comfortable, like a motel stay. Exceptionally clean for an inn like this.

Hot water was inconsistent, but that could just be a timing issue!

Great for those of us who don't want to deal with steps. Park at your door. No curbs or thresholds to deal with Clean, fresh room and very comfortable bed with clean,, new appliances. No wasted space! Cutest bathroom and loved the easy access shower.

Room was freezing when I arrived but warmed up fairly quickly. Room was very very small but cozy.

liked the round-about where cars could drive in and out. Fridge and microwave came in very handy. washroom was very clean and shower stall is great idea. Best thing about trip was Inn manager who was amazing. if you wanted something it’s done. He always had 3-4 bottles of water to hand to guests. Great idea.

Although the room was adequate the electrical and plumbing need up graded. There was only two outlets in the room and no GFI outlet in the bathroom. The vents in the air conditioner and bathroom need to be cleaned. The light switch for the bathroom needs to be more accessible. An on sight ice machine would have been nice.

The owners were friendly and helpful. New doors and windows have been installed showing that the owners are making efforts to upgrade the facility. The room was clean and fairly well layed out to accomendate our needs. The bed was comfortable. The linnens provided were clean and fresh. The TV and channel selection was good, allowing access to news, sports and entertainment. Parking was right outside the door to the room. If required public transportation is only a few steps away.
