The breakfast was very sketchy and was not very good.

When you call yourself a B&B, you expect a better breakfast. Eggs etc,

Vivian was very pleasant, hospitable and professional. The location was great because the neighborhood was very scenic, close to the bus route, in good proximity to the airport, there was a supermarket within comfortable walking distance and there was a Mall/Shopping Area that was easy to get to. {Elvin and Kitty August 2025}

Very easy access to the airport, quiet location.

The owner was pleasant but very fastidious with the cleanliness, so much so it made us feel a little awkward. On arrival the landlady told us that she could upgrade us to a downstairs room, then proceeded to charge us for it. On top of that a charge was levied for cleaning the room, which is a leftover product of covid. Sad really, but we wouldn’t use again.

The dispute concerning additional 'COVID' cleaning fees, charged on top of the price stated on Booking, prevents us from providing an objective review. Nevertheless, considering the similar feedback from other guests, it is evident that this accommodation is losing considerable goodwill, and its Booking rating will inevitably decline — an unfortunate but foreseeable consequence.

The Host was super nice with a warm welcome. She is very helpful and so kind . And we already plan to be in the Inn for next time . Ismail &Fatima . Respect🙏🙏

Everything was perfect and in Excellent Condition

Vivian was exceptional. We arrived very late due to.fkight delays and she ensured we got in safely. She allowed us to stay in the facility due to late departure time of our flight She was very kind and friendly. I did read all the negative reports and to me these were very unkind. I will stay here again.

The room was clean.

Breakfast was included but having asked what time it would be served the hostess was non committal and said any time and there was no problem. But there was because no one showed up in the morning at the time I had suggested. It was sort of self help!!! And no one has shown us what was where and how one was supposed to carry out the task of having the breakfast. And a surprise extra $20 was demanded for cleaning. There was clutter everywhere. And there were hundreds of notes posted on the walls of every previous guest saying what a wonderful stay they had had!! The proximity to the airport is the only saving grace of this accommodation.

As a traveler who’s experienced a wide variety of accommodations, I always appreciate when a stay feels smooth and welcoming. Unfortunately, this visit presented a few challenges that are worth noting for improvements. Upon arrival, there was no one available for check-in, which made the entry process a bit confusing—especially since it wasn’t clear which door we were supposed to use to get in or out. The room itself felt somewhat underprepared, with only a single water glass provided, and the temperature was quite warm and muggy. A fan or air conditioning unit would’ve made a big difference in comfort. In the washroom, it would have been great to find the usual travel-sized toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, and lotion—since we ended up using hand soap for showering. These small amenities really enhance a guest’s experience. Additionally, we were asked to pay a $20 cleaning fee in cash, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand and felt unexpected. Overall, while the location has potential, a few thoughtful touches and clearer communication could go a long way in creating a more positive experience for future guests.

Great location. Very close to airport.

Not the most welcoming atmosphere or host. No tv. Room not ready at check-in time. Paid extra for cleaning and sink was dirty upon check-in.

No breakfast available as we left at 4:15 am. The location was convenient for our purposes. The family was very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful in checking in for our air flight and sending to my email.

No TV or computer/printer was available. No guidelines on whether any food, coffee, tea or snacks, etc. were available.

The entire experience

Room was big enough for a couple and clean. Bed was comfortable.

No hot water and poor pressure in the shower. Room was upstairs with a tight spiral staircase which made it difficult with suitcases. It’s advertised as a B&B, but we had to ask for breakfast which was a piece of dry toast. Host was very disorganized. Host sent a message that our room was ready at lunchtime, our ETA was 6pm, we arrived at 5pm and host seemed angry we were 1 hr early than expected. Parking was on grass, with sprinklers on.

Vivian is a lovely hostess. It was close to the amenities that we needed. It was nice having a walking path close by.

The breakfast was lacking. It was a very sparse continental breakfast. We were not given a key to the house or our room. The room door locks from inside which is great when you are there. When you leave the door is unlocked. We had to ring the door Bell a couple of evenings to get in as it had been locked by mistake before midnight. It is close to the airport so for light sleepers that could be a problem.

The room we had was large. Bed was hard and squeaky.
