“Advertising a pool on site so we booked here for the kids but when we got there we were informed the pool wasn't working. No alternatives offered, no discount offered...just a BB lunt. "Sorry but that's a you problem"... actually, it's a WB problem to falsely advertise pool facilities when there is none.”
