The heating system seems old and very slow and ineffective.

Being situated in the vicinity of the mall and close to the airport, provides convenience and ideal for anyone traveling in and out of Gaborone. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The one hinge of the shower door was detached from the door on our arrival. This should have been corrected by maintenance before our arrival, or shortly after our arrival. It was not fixed after three days of our stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, with a variety of food to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and well cleaned every day. Being situated next to the mall, makes dinner options easy.

The aircons in the rooms are quite old. They are very noisy while trying to sleep.

Upon arrival, I was welcomed by the friendly reception staff The check-in process was smooth as my arrival was expected. The room is clean and well made up. The bed is comfortable with soft pillows

Great Location. Close to tge mall and the airport. The room was comfy with everything you will need for a good stay.

If you are traveling as a couple, you're better off reserving the Twin bedroom as their double beds are very small. Their aircons work, but make alot of noise. It would be lovely if they had somewhere to put your toiletry bag in the bathroom. They have no USB chargers in the room and their television is really tiny.

I love the location. The rooms are a bit small but ok for an overnight stay. They have the best showers! The pool area is really nice and lovely seating for a sundowner.

The breakfast: I stayed here at the beginning of my trip to Botswana, and then again at the end of my trip to Botswana. During these two trips, the breakfast at the hotel was completely different both days. The first trip at the beginning of the week was a buffet style breakfast. However, at the end of the trip it was a la carte.

I liked that they were able to schedule me a ride from the airport to the hotel. When you get to the airport from the International Terminal you will be hounded by some persistent taxi drivers wanting you to pick them. Even though I am sure that I paid more than if I had gotten my own taxi, at least I did not have to deal with all the persistent taxi drivers at the airport

The rooms were not clean. Spider nests in the corners of ceilings.

Since 2018 we stay at this Hotel often. Nearby restaurants and shops.

We stayed at this hotel twice in one week. (The beginning of our trip and then again at the end of our trip.) And the breakfast was different during the two stays. The first visit, it was a buffet style with a lot of options. But our second visit, we had to order each item we wanted a la Carte.

I liked that they were able to provide transportation to and from the airport. The Gaborone airport has a lot of aggressive/persistent taxi cab drivers. So even though I know I paid more to have the hotel provide transportation, it allowed me to avoid the persistent taxi cab drivers that surround the international arrivals.

The hotel has vending machines on the hallway. Our room was close to one of those, so we could hear the noise during the night. The room was so small that we barely managed to open one of the suitcases. Though, that did not bothered us that much, as we were prepared for it, as it was a short stay on the way to the airport. The airport shuttle they arranged for us was a private car with yellow plates, not blue as the ones authorised for public transport. Though, the problem was that the car was small and in quite bad condition. We barely managed to fit the 2 medium sized suitcases in the trunk. And it charged us 240 P (for 2 persons) cash at the driver for a normal 50P taxi trip. It is acceptable to charge a little bit more very early in the morning (as in our case), we understand they charge tourists more almost everywhere, but that price was outrageous for what they offered. All in all I don't think I would return there.

We liked the spotless clean room and the comfortable bed. The position right outside the mall and close to the airport is very convenient.

The TV channels didn't work properly at some point during my stay. The booking on this website promises a balcony and swimming pool which the accommodation does not have.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location is very central and close to the mall which was very convenient. The bathroom/shower facilities are great. It was a comfortable stay.

The coffee serves in the hotel is a let down. Get a bean to cup machine.

This property is in a great location near a large mall with good supermarkets, a Virgin Active gym, restaurants and fast food outlets. The are is safe and well maintained

An alarm siren that sounds in the middle of the night and wakes you up. Lumpy pillows that should be replaced. No fridge in the room unless requested in advance, and then it is a very small bar fridge. Expensive breakfast that is not great value for money.

Awesome staff who always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to assist where possible. Safe & secure parking for cars. Close proximity to shops & restaurants.

Every time we stay there a car alarm keeps going off and waking us up throughout the night. We won't be staying there again

The noise of an aerobic class at 5am and very loud noise after the class. It was so loud that I had to sit in the lobby.it was next to the property but very loud
