EthiopiaIt just me , I prefer to have a kitchenette in the.room. at least microwave because of my diet. Otherwise the room had a lot of space and my daughter moved around easily
I loved the house keeping. If Tebogo is assigned your room it would give you a smile when you return from a long day. I was also very happy with Tebogo at the Reception, really I appreciate organising my pick up and drop at the airport. I liked the smiles from the team, it was welcoming. I can't forget Stephens at the restaurant, literally he gave us a plan for the week. I really appreciated that. Also the restaurant did try on my strict diet

NamibiaI could not get a decent coffee. There is a coffee machine, but capuccino and normal coffee from that are not good. Staff at the bar and restaurant are very slow. I waited more than 30mn before someone take my order just for a normal coffee. Breakfast is very poor.

United StatesNot much food options for room service. Don’t deliver breakfast in the room, not much desert options. Vanilla ice cream only and it was not great. Could easily enhance the whole experience with added options on the menu and offer breakfast room service.
Frankly the best hotel I’ve experienced so far in Gabs. Tried quite a few. Located near by a new mall with nice restaurants. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

South AfricaThe wifi was very poor especially in the rooms, if you need to work, you have to go to reception. No activities near or within the hotel. The breakfast was pretty standard with no variety.
The pool area is really nice. The rooms are not bad, and the hotel has an overall calm and beautiful atmosphere. What an amazing staff.
