Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. FinlandThe front desk staff was extremely unprofessional. Her name is KIM. With a pair of glasses. Not only did she show a bad attitude, but they also lied about the hotel’s occupancy. We confronted her when we did check out, she said was misunderstanding…This kind of behavior is unacceptable and made the stay very disappointing
The restaurant was exceptional . I like the GYM and jacuzzi. Thanks to the house keeping team leader. She really quick solved the issue in our room. And she was very helpful and welcoming:)

BahamasLack of food options in the area the restaurant was closed for Lunch and breakfast after our 1st day. Need to fog/spray for mosquitoes. We found while walking around the premise's there were a lot of mosquitoes.
We enjoyed breakfast on our 1st day however the restaurant closed for breakfast and lunch after our 1st day. We were disappointed as the location is secluded and there are no other food options available in the area.

United KingdomThe first apartment was poorly equipped with cooking utensils. We liked to cook our breakfast daily. Although we requested 1st floor 3 months in advance none were available. Washing machine and ice machine in freezer not working. Only 1 bedside table lamp. No plugs in any of the basins and bathtubs. Toilet seat moved 3" each way. Drawer front in kitchen fell off on first use. Pool cold. Toilet rolls limited. After complaining we were given another apartment on 1st floor and well looked after. Our original apt should not have been available for occupation. The first week of our 3 weeks vacation were very stressful.
We liked the fact it was an apartment. The gym was well equipped. A relaxed atmosphere. The staff we're pleasant and polite.

United Arab EmiratesHouse keeping were annoying. They would come twice or three times a day. Sometimes, they would open the door without knocking, even though we asked when we checked in, not to have housekeeping coming to our room at all. Hotels should be green. However, they replaced our towels after one day!!!

SwitzerlandAll went fine. I just want to write a couple of point for improvement / recommendations, but this is minor and it’s more for people to be aware of what to avoid, so that you are not “milked” as it happens often in touristic places. - The hotel has a car rental service, which is convenient but quite pricy. We were given a daily rate of about 200$ incl. insurance, which we found absurd. We rented via Avis (at the airport) and paid way less, about 120$ incl. insurance. - The restaurant of the hotel is really good, but we weren’t thrilled about the service. Everybody was nice, but we really had the feeling of being walking wallets. No need to try so hard to sell. We walked in, restaurant literally empty (only 1 family dining there) as it was already 20:30. The waiter goes “do you have a reservation?”, I think they wanted to give a professional/ fancy/ gourmet sort of vibe. Until here, all good. I gave my name and we were asked to wait so that the table could be set outside (I asked for that as there was like 15 degrees Celsius inside, they kindly accommodated us). Then they gave us the drink list and literally 1 minute later they were asking us what cocktail we wanted. We got it, and 1 minute later we got the table. I mean, maybe it’s me and I don’t get it, but what was the point of that? If they table is ready in literally 2 minutes, just let us look at the wine and cocktail list and then we can order directly at the table… it was a strong tentative in getting everything us to consume 2 drinks per person, I found it quite obvious. And again I understand that people want to make profits, but it was just so obvious… Finally, at the end, when we handed the credit card to the waiter, he put it in the machine and literally whispered to his colleague “finish this off” and walked away. Like, hello? Not very convivial. Food quality is very high though, so if you don’t care about the high prices and like the fancy vibes, then this is the place for you.
Everything was great. We stayed in the 1-bedroom villa on the ground floor and had absolutely no issues there. I was terrified about the idea of cockroaches but there was none, I want to flag this as a positive cause in islands like these, you never know. The flat was spacious, clean and had all we needed. The staff was polite and available, I asked for some extra shampoo and conditioner in the reception and it was provided promptly. The view was so nice, and we even used the pool, it is cleaned daily and has a very good space to chill with sunbeds etc. There was so many towels in the bathroom, changed daily, I loved that. Housekeeping staff was friendly and professional, we felt welcome. We rented a car and parking was free and inside the structure (i.e. not parked in the street).

Trinidad and TobagoWhen I arrived, the kitchen smelt like eggs as though it wasn't cleaned properly. There were coffee stains on the mugs as well. Had to wash everything before using. If you don't have a local phone, you have to walk down to the office to communicate with the staff. There is no phone in the rooms.
Quiet location, Beautiful view of the marina, fully functioning kitchen, easy access to rental car, hot tub and the ambiance, excellent food at the restaurant and great staff!

United KingdomThey advertised that they did a breakfast but we were told by staff it’s not something they do. You are very isolated there, if the restaurant is not open there is nowhere to get a drink during the day. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the closest place to eat/drink so a hire car is a must.
Room was lovely, bed very comfortable and staff were extremely helpful.

Very clean, had maid service daily, private and gated so we felt safe, staff were friendly and helpful. They also rent cars so that was super convenient! Rooms were clean and had a kitchen so we were able to have dinner in one night. Amazing workout facility and view!

A brilliant resort if you are looking for a quiet relaxing time. Situated right on the marina overlooked by a lovely pool area. Idyllic Coral beach within 10 minutes walk. A very relaxing stay, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Fine dining restaurant on site with a couple of other restaurant/bars within walking distance means you can manage without a car but if self catering then supermarkets are a couple of miles away. Wider selection of bars and restaurants in Lucaya also a couple of miles away.

An easy check in/out process. The staff on site were excellent - professional, helpful and always with a smile on their faces. I misplaced a few items and they were returned to me asap. Our apartment was a nice size and was kept clean by the team. The cooking facilities were great (which we used mainly to cook breakfast). The restaurant on site was excellent.
