Room did not have a work desk. TV channels only in Portuguese (no English). Door signaling for do not disturb is not clear (my room was not cleaned one day, I received a note indicating my room was set to "do not disturb", but I did not indicate that at any time). I reported it to front desk and front desk staff did not empathize, only offered option of getting new towels or checking out. I placed an order for room service and was over 2 hours delayed because staff did not see the order. I reported it, and no one offered an apology for error, or even offered something to make up for the error.

Breakfast was very good every day. Facilities show to be aged and worn, but well maintained.

Very nice staff and very clean to stay. It’s wonderful place to stay and very nice restaurants around the hotel. Personally I highly recommended the hotel. It’s very save and nice people around the street and shopping area.

At one point, there was only one elevator. It took more than 10 minutes to get into an elevator. We had to use the stairs up and down many times. During all our stay (from Oct 12 through 15), on elevator was in maintenance. On Saturday (14) on of the other two elevators broke. At the time a lot of people were checking in, guests coming for a wedding and also people that were working later on the party (with lots of luggage with equipments). It was very caotic around 2pm, with one line to the elavator that would go till the end of the front desk. On Sunday, the other elevator broke. We were very concerned we would have problems with our luggage and, because of that, made our check-out right after we had breakfast. Could not even enjoy our last morning in the hotel. I think they should have made a discount in our rates, or, at least, give us some sort of amenity.

Everybody was very cordial and trying to help. The restaurants at the location are really good, as well as the bar and room services.

the breakfast space did not match the super high quality of the other facilities - it didn’t look as classy as the rest. overall the food was good, but nothing remarkable.

amazing room! everything super classy and clean, the king size bed and the sheets were perfect for a great night of sleep. the sofa bed was really good, had nice space and accommodated our kid really well. nice space for your bags, a good minibar, the shower was also really nice. the staff was kind and helpful

it is time for a retrofit. I know the hotel since the beginning and i believe the rooms are out of date. instead of keep open new hotels, it is time to have a Victoria Concept again.

The rest of the interior did not have the same nice style as my room.

The room was really nice and cozy. It was decorated well and had, even thought it was not too big, a nice and perfect size. I felt very comfortable and relaxed there. Breakfast was also good. In close vicinity (approx. 10min walk) of the hotel are plenty of restaurrants and bars as well as some grocery shops.

Some guests during breakfast did not respect the COVID policies. I wish the hotel had offered real size napkins instead of pocket size tissues.
