The infrastructure is a bit outdated, you see signs of poor conservation in parts of the buildings, beach/ pool chairs… The attitude of the manager, who has a lot to learn about hospitality and customer experience. He has no idea of what that means. The prices for food/ drinks/ extras are way high, considering Brazilian standards.

Location is perfect, just 1 km from the village, beachfront in a beautiful and quiet beach, excellent for kite surfing. The staff is in general very friendly, special thanks to Rodrigo, Junior and Sr. Paulo, who are outstanding! Breakfast is really good! Fantastic “tapioca” on demand. The pool restaurant is nice, although overpriced - as everything at the hotel for Brazilian standards. Kite classes are available on site, the instructor (Leo) is fantastic! Room was large and clean, very safe. Parking on premises.

The bathroom towels could have better quality. We also expected more from the bathroom installations, it was a bit old but working well.

The location, the beach area is impeccable and the staff unbelievably friendly. Breakfast is also delicious with fresh tapioca and eggs everyday.

They could have had more connections with different tours and activities, but as the hotel focuses on kitesurfing I guess it makes sense.

Everything was incredible! Staff was super friendly and helpful, gave great recommendations and arranged tours for us. The massage service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and it was so nice to have the beach to ourselves.

Just make sure to close the bathroom for mosquitos to not come into the room. But they also provide electronic repellent at the reception, so all good.

Next to the beach, beatiful garden and beach area, nice breakfast, very friendly staff, great food and drinks, can start kiting immediately. Will come again!

Our room was nextdoor to the family room, bathrooms next to eachother.. could hear everything and the kids shouting. Only annoying/feedback part, not very annoying but a feedback point.

Everything was perfect, AWESOME breakfast. Very nice staff, helpfull. Lockers for kite, kite entrance to beach, possible to pump your kite and also okay prices. Food is more expensive. Right at the beach.

I had the sensation it is a little bit price

The staff, the room, the breakfast, the bar, the lounge at the beach! Is was really awesome! Vila Coqueiros is not that close to the center! I was on foot, by it wasn’t an issue! However, some people might need a car or taxi to get to the Center!

Restaurant closes at 8 p.m. which is a pity but plenty of restaurants/ bars within 5 minutes by car. A small pool but good enough. Unfortunately we had a a room with less privacy on the terrace, most of the rooms do have it though with nice hammock. We should have booked the deluxe. Howver the room itself was very spacious.

Everything, it’s a beautiful place right on the beach, all the staff is amazing, friendly, professional, caring, smiling. The rooms are big, clean, bed is great, balcony so cool. We were supposed to stay only one night but we stayed one more cause we just loved it. Breakfast was amazing too, restaurant is excellent and cheap.

The only thing I would critique Vila Coqueiros on is the restaurant capabilities. They ran out of things quickly and being candid the quality of the food for lunch and dinner could be better. The breakfast is AMAZING and never fails to impress which is why when lunch rolls around, one expects the same level but it's just not there. If they had a dedicated chef who made some local dishes with local "tempero" they would kill it. Having said that, 7 mins down the road are great restaurants in downtown Cumbuco so maybe it's a win win. Do Breakfast at Vila Coqueiros and go eat in town for dinner.

I love Vila Coqueiros for its location and just overall peaceful vibe. It's a great place for family or to take a loved one. Or to simply hang out with friends.

It’s not property fault but the city is not prepared for tourism. There was a blackout that happened in the middle of the night(~2am) we checked out around 10am and it there’s no electricity in the city.
