BrazilThere are a lots of details they miss that make the stay uncomfortable. I stay at property frequently due to work. Once, I arrived after a long trip needing to use the bathroom and there were simply no toilet papers. Another time the towels were dirty; another time the shower didn’t work properly. So it’s an overall good place, but these things really add up.
The location is perfect. It is in not such a crowded part of the best urban beach in João Pessoa. The breakfast is good and it’s good value for money considering other hotels on the city

AustraliaTowels were a bit filthy, and the shower was dirty. Apart from that, our stay was amazing.
Honestly, the best thing from this hotel was breakfast. The chef and coffee shop staff were very friendly. Huge variety of food, fruits, juice, cakes, and hot breakfast buffet. Highly recommend. Secured car park and a rooftop swimming pool with beach view was awesome. I'm definitely coming back next time ☺️

SwedenBad wi-fi, and inside the hotel the cellular network signal was very weak. We got a first floor apartment. Early morning you'd be waken up by the traffic on the hall since everyone has to walk by the door to get in and out of the hotel.
The breakfast was great. Very easy access to the beach, just a walk across the street, and easy parking, both on the streets and in the hotel's parking garage.
