Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Paraguay• The property was undergoing major renovations during my stay in July — including the lobby, sidewalk, dining area, and pool. • The pool was completely out of service, and the environment felt noisy and temporary. • Rooms need renovation — some signs of age and wear. • I occasionally found hair in the hallway, likely from other units — which affected the sense of cleanliness. • Breakfast was basic, likely due to the dining room being under construction.
• The staff is truly exceptional — friendly, beautiful, and attentive. They made the stay feel human and warm. • The bed and mattress were excellent — very comfortable and supportive. • Despite the limitations, the team did their best to accommodate.

United KingdomThe restaurant is part of the main lobby which can get very noisy. It should be in a Quiter, and more suitable, area.
Large, soundproof and well-equipped room with excellent views. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. At breakfast there was a good choice and even someone who made omeletts to order. The hotel is in an excellent location front on the beach front and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. There was a good pool and terrace and a small fitness room. There is a restaurant serving all day.
