We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Argentina- The room has a locked-door connecting to another bigger studio-like room where you can hear all of the other guests conversations, even plates and knife/forks noises when they are having dinner, like if they were almost near you. Really they are glued together. Meaning no privacy. They should remove those doors and seal the wall. Specially because the room is small so you hear everything from your bed. - The resort is full of kids shouting and screaming with activities until 9-10 pm. The windows on the rooms are old and not sound proof, so all sound comes in if your room is oriented towards the hotel pool/patio. It's annoying at times, specially after beach when you want a quick nap or let a breeze in. Make sure to ask for a room that faces the outside of the hotel rather than the pool if you want a good rest - The restaurant of the hotel is really bad reviewed. Sounds more of a place to have a quick lunch for kids and call it a day, than a quality meal restaurant of a 4* hotel. Specially when compared with other quick-lunch restaurants nearby - The beach sun beds are actually chairs, uncomfortable for sun bathing. - The tv was a little bit broken (lines of dead pixels), old and small for the room (32''). - The ocean view is fake, it depends on the room of course, mine was not ocean view, not even partial or side ocean view. You see the whole hotel pool, nearby and front room balconies, and in the distance, far away a piece of water. You need to book a front ocean room or one facing the outer area or one at the end of the hallway to have a real ocean view. Mine was facing the patio before the pool, so it was like being in a community building
- Very good breakfast. Lots of options for the same price as nearby breakfast stores - Valet Parking really good - Beach access, just in front of the beach via a private access. Had free beach service (chairs, sunshade). - Comfortable bed and good linen and furniture - The bathroom and shower were decent - Had some entertaining areas with ping-pong, pool tables.

United Arab EmiratesBooking.com does not inform you that you are booking with an owner directly and you get what ever this owner has. Means if you want some better view room, hotel will not be able to help you. However, it was ok, since we only stayed for two nights. Room was a bit outdated and really tiny, you feel a bit claustrophobic. But if you are not planning to spend to much time in the room it is ok. Restaurant at the property is not really good. We only ate there once, but did not really enjoy it - average quality.
Property has plenty of entertainment options for kids. Few nice places to eat around. Ok if you are not planning to stay for long.

BrazilIt was my second time in the hotel, expecting for a good stay such as the previous one which has not happened. The room really needed to be updated (furniture was in bad conditions and the beds were awfully uncomfortable), besides the air conditioner was dirty and terribly noisy when launched some dirty dust when turned on. I called the reception that told me the room was not owned directly by the hotel (which nobody can know upfront when booking a room from the website) and sent someone for changing the bedding, which didn't solved the problem at all. After complaining twice, the reception offered to change my room but only up to the next morning. On the following morning, the reception asked us to return to the first room again alleging the problem was supposed solved, which was not true, as it was impossible to sleep while the air conditioner was on. We end up sleeping in a hot uncomfortable room.
