There was a long wait for the check-in, but we were very hungry so it probably felt longer than it really was.

Very comfortable stay. The hotel front and reception look somewhat simple, but when you get deeper into it, it's a pretty big and beautiful hotel. Food was really good and inexpensive, just a really nice experience.

Location is a little far from the airport. Staff don't really speak english or other foreign languages, so communication may be difficult.

There are no elevators on the premises and, despite just 2 floors, there’s no accessibility to upper levels if you are handicapable. There’s also no information about this when you book. Staff was kind enough to change our room to a ground level floor

Considering several guests at this hotel are headed early to the airport, I suggest the possibility of breakfast doggie bags or at least something available for guests to pick up when checking out before the restaurant is open. This is because breakfast is already included in the reservation, and it would have been great to be able to take something with us for our 6am flight. Another option could be to opt out of breakfast for a cheaper fare.

We needed a place to stay overnight for an early flight out of Viracopos and Golden Park was an excellent option. It is only 15min from the airport, staff was really helpful, and the room was comfortable. We would stay there again should a similar situation come up!

In the picture the pool seems bigger than it actually is. The room was not cleaned every day.

The hotel is very quiet and good for relaxing. Room was comfortable. Breakfast room is very spacious and there was good variety of items. There is gym center.

The hotel is really big and distances may be huge, from the parling area to the room. If you need ask for a room closer to you.

The location is the better reason to stay there. Really close to the Viracopos Airport (VCP) in Campinas (SP). Nice rooms and a good breakfast. THe view from the room is not the focus, but the closeness to the airport is the main advantage of staying there.

Rooms and hotel facilities in need of renovation. Few options for vegetarians. A working TV would have been nice.

Hotel facilities are nice but are in need of renovation. Breakfast and personal are OK, but TV worked bad and room service was only fair. Matresses in my room were old unconfortable. Bathroon and shower worked OK but were not great. Location is great for the airport but is faraway from city center and neighborwood is not great for restaurants and other facilities

There was a minor issue with noise from our toilet and the toilet from the room next door but it didn't impact heavily on our stay. The breakfast was basic, could have been a little better but it was standard for hotels in Brazil.

No drinking water provided except expensive mini-fridge bottles (an nowhere to buy water near the hotel). Beds are decent but could be better. They would save a lot of water/money if they fixed leaky faucets and installed low-flow showerheads. The male desk clerks at night aren't very friendly. Sort of in the middle of nowhere.

A great value. Solid hotel. Great food options mean you won't need to leave the hotel if you don't want to.
