Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI had a small crack in my window and some glass was missing. It was small enough to jot be a problem to complain about but it was big enough to let in pesky mosquitoes.
The main areas of the hotel are new and well kept. The room is pretty decent and the bed comfortable. House keeping and desk staff were very helpful and attentive when needed. I could look out my window and see Christo in the distance, the sun in the morning and the moon at night.

MalaysiaThe sink need long time to drain. Need extra careful to flush the toilet bowl, pressing the flush button longer time. No electric kettle provided for the three stars hotel.
The staff is helpful. The only thing is communication issue because I don't speak Brazilian Portuguese language. Totally couldn't understand. The staff is very helpful to pass mey missing luggage caused by airport proactively. Great staff.

Everything in order, as in a normal hotel. A special mention for the breakfast, which was well above average. Many options to eat and drink, both brazilian and international. Reception and common areas are well decorated and maintained.
