We stopped in Rio again at our favorite hotel, where the view of Copacabana is breathtaking. To top it all off, Vitoria at the front desk quickly resolved an inconvenience for us by giving us an upgrade and making sure we had the best stay possible. We'll be back! Fabio e Vera

My room was ok, but the furniture was old, the sheets were poor in quality e the bathroom was not comfortable at all. The room was quite expensive compared with the low level offered

The fitness center was closed. That was unfortunate and there was no affiliated hotel we could use for fitness.

Wanderson and Larissa were great. So nice and helpful throughout - needed a few little things here and there and had questions and they were both amazing and very accommodating. Security and wait staff were always kind

Air conditioning in the room wasn’t the best, a bit weak. Better than nothing but not very strong.

The location is great. Room was comfortable. Shower is high pressure and functions well. Rooftop bar and pool are lovely, with wonderful views.

The room was a bit tired. The advertised gym wasn’t available throughout our stay. We had a coffee machine but no coffee. When we asked at reception we were told we could order some would be charged extra for it! (This information wasn’t apparent at time of booking) Not able to bag ourselves a lounger on the roof unfortunately.

Location was fabulous, view from side room was fantastic. Could see Sugar loaf mountain & Copacabana beach. Really comfy bed. Roof top pool and bar nice. Beach and pool towels provided 👍 Bar staff downstairs were nice, gin & tonic was strong!

There was renovation/construction going on every day from early on until late in the afternoon. It sounded like jack hammering right above us. Understand that this can happen when work is required but we should have been warned and maybe a reduction in the rate paid.

The rooms are tired and the soap dispensers did not work in the bathroom- it had to be said however that the 24-28 floors were being renovated at the time we stayed.

Nothing that we didn’t like.

Our corner balcony, view and breakfast for suite guests on the 30th floor. Staff were lovely and attentive. The wine, coffee and snacks on check in were a nice touch.

There honeslt wasn't much we didn't like although we felt the bathroom needs a bit of a touch up and is a little outdated when comparing to the rest of the hotel.

Location was perfect, we booked a suite with a sew view which I would strongly recommend as you get such an incredible view of the Copacobana beach at sunrise but you also get a lovely view at nigjt when the the whole area is lit up. Othon is significantly taller than the other hotels on the beachfront and this meant you get a wonderful view on the rooftop where they have a lovely infinity pool. The bed was huge and so comfortable, which made that extra difference for us. The room also had a 42 inch TV with netflix, amazon prime etc which was great for any lazy time in.

Was not very clean for 5* hotel. Bed cover was with few spots. Bathroom was not clean and few hairs on the walls, so upsetting. Except hat cover for bathroom no other supplies.

Coffee machine in bedroom not working, check in and check out always CRAZY full. One coffee capsule per room to your ENTIRE STAY. Breakfast disappointing
